I'm not too sure why others have been having issues. My VPS is fine, works great and used it for nearly a year now since last May...any issues should report to staff :P

Best service. Great customer service, great to host Runescape Private servers.

Horrendous !!! Never responds to emails or live chat or text, billing is all wrong with no refunds, server went offline last week and still a week later have had no response to our numerous requests. We have been with Epic Hosts for about a year and it has always been a struggle, this business is run, managed and maintained by one person ... if they are busy tough you have to just wait till he is ready to speak to you if at all. If you have any form of reliability concern then this is not the provider from you. Who knows this review may even prompt him to be in touch finally.

Oh and before you take there rating as great as rated this is because he makes an extreme effort to convince people to take down bad reviews. I have seen personally at least 10 that are no longer there.

Before you waste your breath Terrum there is not anything you can offer me financial or otherwise to take this down as people need to aware of the pitfalls involved in working with your company and the money and time i have lost with your numerous failings cant be quantified.

In response to your comment, you were emailed from a yahoo account, a gmail account, a Hotmail account, a work account and over facebook chat.

Its funny how i hear nothing for over a week forcing me to purchase services from elsewhere because yours went offline without notice or warning and you did not respond to any medium yet as soon as a trustpilot review is put up you suddenly surface.

Oh and as you have already been told one of those servers host email services for a children's cancer charity, a charity which you didn't help in rectifying because you were too busy to respond. I hope your happy with yourself !!!

I have been hosting with this company for a few years now. I am on a cheap shared plan and experienced very few issues over years, and each time there was a promptly available and professional support to help me out. I would recommend Epic Hosts to whoever is looking for a cheap, but reliable hosting service provider.

I've used EpicHosts for many years for a Counter Strike Source server, a Counter Strike Go server and for my own personal hosted domain. I don't have to use Live Chat very often, but whenever I do there's always rapid responses that help me fix what I need to (usually I've configured something incorrectly!). I'll be using EpicHosts again in the future for all my domains.

Epichosts is the best hosting company around in my opinion.
The company is very competitive on prices and offers a very wide selection of servers / products compared to other hosting companys. The customer support is outstanding and they are always willing to help. I have tried out various servers with this company and I am never disappointed. I am currently using a VPS which had a very fast setup and came with noob friendly instructions. 5/5

Your help has been really good these last few days, but the standard of the VPS just isn’t good enough for what I want to host, personally. It’s nothing against your team or you as you do help to the best of your ability and that’s something which is important. However, just on the basis that I need to find a VPS which will maximise what I want hosting, I will need to find a provider with SSD instead of HDD. Excellent help from Terrum and speedy quick responses from emails and live chat.

Cheap, reliable, affordable hosts who can't do enough for you. Whether you're looking for a gameserver/vps host or even a website these are your guys.

I've used EpicHosts as my go-to provider for a number of years now, and have experienced little to no issues what so ever. You just can not beat the prices they have to offer for such large packages. Excellent service, few issues with a web server which I was unable to install due to lack of NET frameworks but the live chat was more than happy to help and now I have a website which I am super happy with!
