I have received no confirmation of my order. Paid £10 for delivery to france was a Christmas present no information when I ordered about delivery time has not arrived and no Idea where its Is. Customer service only available between 9-5. Would be great if I actually knew anything about the order I placed. Will need to take it up with the credit card as a charge back as I have no Idea what is happening even if the order has been received. Every other company sends me a confirmation and receipt within minutes of the order. It's very hard to trace an order when there are no details emailed to me. What a shame I would expect with £10 the order to arrive before Christmas but alas the present I sent my Mum won't get there never again.

The review gets a five star merely for the bridle alone, the bridle is amazing leather and 5 star quality and beautiful!
If it wasn't for this it would have been a 1 star, as I received the wrong colour! I ordered a black and got a havana bridle and I waited 3 nearly 4 weeks for the bridle so there was no hope I was returning it

Item was as described, and good value. However, there was a long wait, with no adequate explanation. Had to chase this up. Based on this experience, and such poor customer service, I will not use this company again.

Ordered a couple of things off the website and never got a confirmation email, so rang them to see what was happening and was informed that items had to be ordered in form Germany and would take around a week, however they arrived the next day! Lovely saddlecloth for granddaughter's Shetland, she loves it!

As I hadn't used this company before I was a little worried. However,the bridle I had ordered arrived promptly and was of good quality.
The only niggle was that either there was nowhere to give delivery instructions on order form,or I missed it!This was a pain as I live in rural location.
Also no conformation of order email from company.This is not usual for most online orders.

Fantastic service, e-mailed me promptly as the colour I wanted was out of stock and suggested alternative....arrived on time and in great condition.

Slow delivery but staff very helpful when I queried & very pleased with purchase & price.

I live in Canada and ordered some Schockemohle polos that I couldn't find in Canada and had trouble getting in the US. My order was processed quickly and I had my polos faster than if I ordered from the states. I will definitely be ordering from this company again!

The order I placed was acknowledged quickly. I was kept updated as to the progress of my order and it arrived quicker than expected.

They were super! I bought a jacket, it was too small, so I rang them, they asked me to return item and state bigger size, which I did, and a new was despatch soon after. Very pleased.

Fast Shipping and great products, only downfall was we received a slightly product (same product, just different cut to what I ordered) but not worried about it too much as still useable.

Can't fault them in anyway. Fantastic service, communication and product. I highly recommend Equestrian Performance.

Really pleased to find that Equestrian Performance stocks Leather Therapy as I haven't been able to get it for some time -- it's the best tack cleaner and conditioner I have used and the only one that seems to get rid of mould. Price was good and no extra for delivery, which was even better. EP also responded quickly and efficiently to my e-mailed question about product size. Highly recommended!
