I met the team at a conference. Impressed by the app, I made the jump from using paper notes.
It has gained me so much more time! Rather than for scrabbling for previous notes, it’s all there at a click of a button.
Invoice can be generated and sent whilst with the client, which saves me doing additional work when I get home.

Great physio, we always see an improvement in our dog Bella after visiting. Very good at suggesting exercises and easy things to do at home that can also aid recovery. Would definitely recommend.

To be able to write in our own practitioner's words while assessing and using the template to make it more client-friendly, as well as adding all necessary data such as sketches, pictures, videos makes it very visual and helps the client to understand the current situation on their horse.

I never heard of this app until my physio told me about it. It’s absolutely helped me so much! Being so forgetful I can just hop on the app and check to see when my appointments are booked or message the physio with ease, I genuinely don’t know how I managed without Equigate! Also it’s handy to be able to go back on previous reports so when my horses need the vet i can give them a history of any possible problems. Not to mention the special discounts you get! Such a bonus I couldn’t recommend this app enough🤩🤩

I brought a new horse a couple months ago who has been treated by Gen, it is super easy to book an appointment on the app and fabulous to have all upcoming appointments all in the same place so nothing gets forgotten about.
I love having all reports of all the horses treatments in the app too as it’s been so easy while having saddle fitter, farrier or vet appointments to open the reports and discuss any problems whenever needed.

Equigate is such a useful App, with everything I need in one place. No need to check any separate accounts, emails or texts. I can open Equigate and find all my appointments, invoices, messages and reports. Having my horse reports all to hand is great for recalling/ checking on his progression and being able to pinpoint any important factors, issues or achievements is certainly helpful when I need to relay/pass that information to someone. I love how Equigate sends me reminders of appointments too so I don’t have to check my diary constantly. Equigate is most certainly a very good tool in the organisation of my horses wellbeing. If only I could use it outside of my horse life!

I love how easy it is to use with my horse’s Physiotherapist. Updates very quickly and easy to use messaging service within the app.

Equigate has made managing my horses physiotherapy so much easier. Reports and times as well as new appointments get sent straight to me. I can view old reports and treatment plans as well as directly message her physiotherapist in the app about results. With my horse being only young 2 years of age she’s facing constant changes and this app really helps me keep ontop of them

I am able to take verbal and written notes during all of my appointments, I can add photos and videos of the clients animals so we can do direct comparisons. The reminders being sent are also very helpful and are reducing cancellations along with receiving easy payment through card or bank transfers. This has helped me to manage my reports better

Equigate is brilliant! I tried a few different systems to see what worked best for my business and I come back to Equigate every time. Clients love that everything is in one place and they don’t have to search through emails or paper to find their previous reports. I’ve only had a handful of clients who didn’t want to download it and it was very simple just to add them as a guest.
