Why does it take so long to amend a booking, plus virtually impossible to contact escape 2 it's a joke would not recommend ever again they are a joke

Purchased ARC’TERYX Rho LTW Neck Gaiter. Was the only place online and UK based I was able to find this item still in stock. Ordered and arrived next day with no issues and free of charge. Further, the the personal touch in the parcel from Jen gives the feeling that this company cares about their customers. Purchased ski jacket via website. Product as advertised and delivered quickly. In fact the delivery was before schedule and I recieved a courtesy call from Escape2 to ensure the new time was acceptable.

Brilliant service. There was a problem with the card payment service that escape 2 use which prevented order confirmation emails getting sent out. When I phoned escape2, I got through to a real person who said they were already working on the problem, checked that everything was OK with my order and triggered the confirmation manually. So now I'm sure I'll get my new Hestra ski gloves before I start teaching near Verbier. :-)

Since the Arcteryx Atom AR jacket that I wanted was sold out EVERYWHERE in my country(Denmark) and, I was told, wouldn't be available again until September, I had to order it from abroad. Which also seemed a difficult task, cause in all stores I found, it was either sold out, or couldn't be delivered to DK....

BUT then I found these guys who had 2 left in my size, and so I ordered immediately on a late Thursday night. Friday at noon it was shipped, and - as promised - 3 working days later, Tuesday at noon, I had the jacket in my hands! In my opinion SUPER delivery time!
I even got a little handwritten note on my invoice saying "Hope you enjoy wearing the Atom AR this winter! Best wishes". Really nice touch I think!

If I'm ever in this situation again, I won't think twice about ordering from you guys again! Thank you!
