Ordered and paid for mascara on the 18th December. The money was taken from my account straightaway.

Heard nothing from this company so emailed in between Christmas and New Year for an update on the order. Was told they couldn’t check stock until Jan 3rd.

Jan 4th have a very short unapologetic email saying the item was out of stock. Various other unhelpful communications with customer services took place afterwards.

So if you want to actually receive an item listed in stock on the website rather than letting a company sit with your money for more than 3 weeks, this may not be the website for you to use.

Great service! Ordered between Xmas and new year. I ordered on Bank Holiday Monday (27 Dec) and then I got the shipment email on Thurs 27th Dec and received it on Wed 5 Jan. I thought that was quick considering the holiday season.
I would just ask that confirmation emails are sent automatically once an order has been placed for piece of mind.

Ordered a Dermalogica Gift Set. The outer box had already been used. The gift box was dented and the hologram sticker had been opened. The inner gift box was also dented. This is an early Christmas present which I won’t have time to return so instead - a lot of apologies from me. I will never use this company again.

Items were delivered quickley. I noticed one item was delivered incorrectly (wrong product) so e mailed to advise. I received a quick response to my e mail and the correct item was sent. Very speedy response and great customer service. Would recommend.

I have been purchasing Dermalogica products from the firm for a number of years. Excellent value compared to other retailers, super quick delivery. I highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience with my delivery and the way my request was handled. I would definitely recommend the company and would purchase more items in the future.

I always buy my Dermalogica from Essentials, it is a very efficient site and easy to use, the best prices on the internet, with great extra gifts! I missed off items and emailed to ask if I could add them on to my order which they let me do. I received them today all packaged together! Very happy!

Good prices but not the fastest at sending goods off. We weren't in any great hurry so it didn't really matter but it took them 2 days to send them off.

Ordered a product and paid for it almost 200pounds in the hope it will arrive within a week... mailed them asking if they have dispatched the order they didn't reply after 2 days I forwarded the mail and asked again till I got a reply stating sorry they have a problem at the warehouse and sorry they will follow up.... They could have mailed and said there will be delay and they should have gave option but non of that happen and no discount code work on there website when you place order . unprofessional never use them again>.

I ordered scented candles for my sick daughter. After a week, repeated e-mails and a phone call I was told they were out of stock. They claimed I had been informed. I had not. Their incompetence was, in this case, positively cruel. The word pharmacy leads you to expect better.

I have used Essentials Pharmacy a couple of times so far. I am researching the prices every time I order and so far it cannot get beaten. Ordering and paying is as easy as it can be and my order has been both times delivered well wrapped and on time. Will carry on using the service….

I don’t understand the good reviews at all.
I placed an order over a week ago after reading the good reviews here and was confident I would receive the order. However, I immediately became suspicious when I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I waited 10 days but had not received anything and had not gotten a delivery so I decided to email them.
No one ever replied to me. I instead found my money has just now been refunded to my account with no explanation.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!

Placed an order 10 days ago and not heard anything back. You can't call as they have an automated response telling you to email and have emailed twice with no response. Starting to think this place is a scam.

Easy to order products, arrived in two days. And I got free samples and gift, of the products that I use.

Good discount off Dermalogica which made buying a bundle more affordable and delivery within a couple of days, would highly recommend
