A heart felt thank you to Jayne, Mel and Anita. You are beautiful people.

In our most vulnerable moment, Anita was amazing. She helped our beloved cat to pass delicately and peacefully at home in the sunshine, in the garden he loved, in my lap. Her energy and voice were so calming. She seamlessly blended questions with guidance. We felt held and we are so thankful for her presence. Such a deeply painful moment, somehow also became beautiful.

We chose to keep our furry friend overnight, then took him to the crematorium in the morning. In a beautiful countryside location, the crystal room where we said our goodbyes was serene and embracing. We knew we were in the safest and most compassionate hands.

well what can I say... from the very first phone call to collecting Peggy's ashes the service we had from ALL the staff at Eternal Paws was superb. Jayne was the first person I spoke to and she treated me with utter empathy between my sobs. She gave me all the information I needed professionally. Peggy met Anita on Friday 3rd October and she treated our fur baby with such care and love as though she was her dog. Thank you Anita the lovely whispered words to Peggy as she went were beautiful.... Collected Peggy's ashes on Monday and was met by Mel. Again, she was lovely and empathetic she listened as I waffled on about our girl and was also very professional.... We can't thank you all enough for your companion and care xxx

I would like to thank all the wonderful staff at Eternal Paws for their professional service, their caring compassion & quick service. These people are simply amazing & have treated my boy Stitch with the most loving care. Thank you so much for what you have done, we cant thank you enough.

We recently had to say goodbye to our gorgeous Siberian Husky Mika, he was such a huge part of our family and we were and will always be heartbroken at his loss but Anita, Melanie and Jayne were all fantastic so caring and professional, they explained everything to us both before and during the process. Nobody wants to go through this experience but they made an awful time less stressful for us and Mika which is so important. It gives us great comfort to know we couldn't have done any better for him than to have him cared for with such compassion and that is something we will never forget.

The team at Eternal Paws could not be better. Such caring people, they made a terribly sad event so much more bearable. Anita was brilliant and gave Harry such a peaceful passing in the garden he loved so much. We are so grateful to her and the team.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Man Man, and Eternal Paws made the experience as comforting and heartfelt as it could possibly be during such a difficult time.

Jayne was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. Her care and compassion truly stood out, and her quick responses to our questions and concerns made everything so much easier to handle. Everything just done perfectly within 24hrs.

One of the most touching aspects of their service was the Crystal Room. We were able to have a private session to say our final goodbyes to Man Man, which gave us a sense of peace and closure during this emotional moment.

The keepsakes they provided were equally beautiful and meaningful. The paw print, nose print, and the ashes presented in a stunning cat-shaped coffin were perfect tributes. Holding the coffin felt as though we were holding Man Man one last time, which brought us so much comfort.

We’re also grateful for the token of appreciation they shared, showing how much they value every pet and family they serve.

Thank you, Jayne, Anita and Mel, for taking such great care of Man Man and for supporting us through this tough time. We’ll always cherish these memories and the keepsakes you’ve provided. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately our 12 year old Dog Slinky became unwell, The time had come were we had to make the decision for him to be pts 🙏. From the first contact with eternal paws there were so caring and considerate, not knowing where they where located at first detailed information was sent via text to direct us there. The empathy that the team shown to make our hard day easier was outstanding, they have a beautiful setting which is also 2nd to none and very comforting, well done to the team you have created something really special there. You should be proud of yourselves👏 👏👏.

Anita and her team are amazing. Our dog Jasper was a few weeks from his 14th birthday and did have some health problems. We were told about Eternal Paws and so pleased we were. It gave us so much peace to have jasper pass at home. Thank you is not enough to Anita. She gave so much love, care and respect to our little man, just beautiful. God bless to everyone at Eternal paws xx

I can’t thank Anita enough for how she handled our situation.
Sadly our 15 year old fury daughter passed away the morning before Christmas Eve, I called Anita and although the crematorium was closed, she kindly allowed us to bring Daisy to her, where she was cremated the same day and returned to us on Christmas Eve, meaning Daisy was home for Christmas!
I’m honestly blown away by the kindness and compassion she displayed to my family and the beautiful and dignified way she handled Daisy.
Thank you Anita, for making an awful situation a little more bearable.
