I ordered two orders one on the 27th of February and one on March 3rd. Both orders haven't even been shipped yet. And every time I check to see if you've been shipped it's still say processing That's ridiculous. I even email and haven't got an answer. Not happy by this service.

I’ve ordered from this shop three times so far, with a total of around 9–10 items, and I honestly had a very positive experience each time.

What really stood out to me was how fast everything was handled. Every order was shipped within 24 hours. Once, one of the items I ordered was no longer in stock. Instead of just cancelling it, they contacted me directly by email and helped me find a great alternative. I really appreciated that personal approach and quick communication.

All of my orders were shipped with DHL Express and arrived in Germany in about five days. Customs clearance went smoothly every time. The only thing customers should keep in mind is that import duties and taxes may apply, and as far as I know, this isn’t clearly mentioned during checkout.

All the items I purchased were in stock (no pre-orders), which made the fast shipping even more impressive. I also liked that the product pages show approximately how many items are still available and when the stock was last updated. That level of transparency gave me extra confidence when ordering.

Yes, the products are expensive — that’s definitely a downside. But for me, this shop offered items that were sold out everywhere else. In the end, it’s a personal decision whether the price is worth it, and for me it was.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and would absolutely order from them again.

I placed an order and they never sent it. Around 15days after the expected time of arrival I sent a message via my client account asking if there's a problem delaying my order, but they didn't reply, a week later a new one requesting refund if theycant honour my order, idem, no answer, and few days later an email and still no answers from them and no order... it was supposed to arrive en of January but they never sent it and it was an expensive order.

Bought two items from the website and they confirmed that one is out of stock. The restock will be around a month (or so). The first item was sent first and, surprisingly, the second item was ready before the estimated time. So, both item arrived on time, even faster.

The tracking was real time as long as you really check the link they provided.

The communication with their team is also seamless (by email).

Placed an order that never showed up. Company claimed it was because I had to be there to sign for it even though no where did it specify that. 90% of couriers just leave them in the secured mail box or by the door. I did everything I could, called the courier, went to the post office and they told me that it's too late even though I missed it by like an hour and they already marked for return. I contacted the company trying to work something out and they ghosted me. Took my money and didn't offer to try and send a second time or a refund.

They don't update the website. My whole order was apparently out of stock even though the website said otherwise. If it's one item I understand, but the whole order? I don't trust to order from here again, high chance it's not available. I did get my money back, but it's very disappointing.

Don’t get close to this shop. Scammed me took my money ghosted me and accused me of lying?!? I wish I could give less than 1 star because they deserve 0 but it’s not possible.

I've ordered a few times from ethaicd.com and was always very satisfied. Quick shipment to Europe, with a choice between express (extra custom fees) or normal (pretty long but no custom fees).
The support is very helpful and answers within a few hours.
Great website when you look for sold out merch.

Really good service. You can message them on twitter for your tracking info. Took a week to deliver and I’m in the uk. Parcels from countries in Europe have took longer which is insane! I totally recommend

I am still waiting for a response from them.

I have ordered two dvd boksset, and they are so beautiful. They're well wrapped and arrived very quickly, but you do have to pay customs - just an fyi.

I will defitnitly buy from them again.

I have ordered many times from this company and never had a problem until recently. I received my order but it was missing an item. I thought It would come in a week or two but it never did. I tried multiple times emailing the company but all they did was say it was shipped....."noooo I didn't know that" (note my sarcasm), but they still aren't listening to what I'm saying about missing an item, which was $135 so of course I would press this issue. When I asked for a refund because they weren't understand anything or trying to resolve this issue, they ghosted me. I will never order from this company again. Also I will be calling my bank and disputing this charge since they won't help. If I could leave a lower star than a 1, it would be in hell. If anyone thinks I'm rude how about you try dealing with this for two months.

I made my first order a few days ago and everything went very well. Sent very quickly and very well packaged. I will order again without hesitation.

I ordered a mew suppasit album 365 mewlion edition in November. Back then the condition wasn't described further. When I got it in february it was already opened and they changed the discription of the item they send me on the website to opened and with no golden ticket. After I confronted them they stopped responding. Very shady behaviour. Better buy from a forwarder on twitter. Its cheaper and safer.

The staff of eThaiCD is friendly and replies pretty fast, they're willing to help you out if you've got any questions or just need help.

Although there was a small delay in the delivery it didn't affect my overall experience with them. The package arrived pretty fast and in a good condition, after I've contacted them about the issue.

In conclusion I'd like to say that I've had a good experience with them and would order from them again, if you're insecure about something just contact them and the issue will be solved. Just trust your gut.

This is by far the best company, they are very friendly when replying to customers, they are also very helpful when you have questions about your order, and the shipping is very quickly and the iteams doesn't take long to arrive (uk), when iteam is received you get exactly what you order :) definitely recommend this company

As usual when I am suspicious buying items from sites (especially Thailand) which I have never previously heard off, I pay with PayPal for security.

After my DVD purchase with this mob, I did not receive an order confirmation email to my inbox or spam.

I can only now sit back and wait without ever knowing until I hear back from them.
