Excellent service from Jake. A little daunting buying a car by myself but Jake made everything simple. I was able to take the car out for a test drive by myself, and didn’t find myself pressurised into making any decisions.

Lovely car, poor customer service experienced
Can’t complain about the car it’s very nice. But I think the service was pretty poor to be honest. ignored numerous emails when I was asking questions thought out the buying and asking for a response to the point I had to call up on a few occasions to see what the next steps were with trading my car in and buying the new car. My car was purchased at 22.5k, you’d expect at a minimum when collecting the car that it’s clean and polished. When I picked it up it had water marks all over, dirty windows, white hairs all over the car on the seats/fabric and a muddy footwell. Once the transaction was complete it felt like the salesmen’s couldn’t wait to kick us out, doesn’t feel me with much confidence if I was was to return with any warranty problems with the car. Not sure I’d come back to Evans Halshaw Lincoln again after this experience

Financial conmen avoid these at all costs.
Terrible treatment by the Lincoln commercial vehicle team. I wanted to purchase a nearly new Ford Ranger and they were more than happy to sell it to me until I told them I didn't wish to use their financing options. Once I explained I'd be financing the vehicle myself using another company they point blank refused to sell me the vehicle. This cannot be legal where they insist you take out an inflated finance agreement if you wish to purchase from them. It might be the £14000 commission they stood to receive on the product. I paid a deposit which despite refusing to sell me the vehicle they have yet to return.
