As you follow the links, bookable options (with slightly different descriptions) come up, priced from £95, stating "Approved for 144 months £95.00
An Evans Halshaw Approved Service follows the same service items and checks as a manufacturer’s service but using Evans Halshaw quality approved parts, instead of genuine manufacturer parts. This is our mid-price servicing option which if you are working to a budget will help bring the overall price of your service down". Booked my Sons Clio in based on this, turn up to be told, all you have booked is a Cabin filter change! That's not what the website says, but response was "we dont have anything to do with that, and cant confirm what you are actually booking on the web, nothing to do with us.." Sorry, but you are the customer facing element of the same group and that is not an acceptable response when the business appears to be breaching trade descriptions, clearly a dislike of the corporate side of the business.. Was told the best price to do an oil change giving discount was £160, which as we had travelled in two cars reluctantly agreed. Complete con, dont expect to receive a response to my complaint sent via the online process, but either way, will certainly avoid any brand where the local dealership is under the Evans Halshaw brand. AVOID!

Oh where to begin. Bought a used car from them in August and at first it went well. Gave me what I wanted for my trade in and sales exec arranged delivery. On arrival that's where it all went wrong.
Car arrived with damage to the paintwork and inside it smelled like wet dog and headliner was covered in animal hair. Received the token apologies but it was a fight to get them to authorise my local branch to sort it out. The sales exec started ducking my calls and kept intercepting when I asked to speak to the manager.
My local branch advised it put In a resolver case and sent it to the head of business. I did that and in fairness he got in touch advising that his deputy would refund the delivery cost of the car. I had also advised them that my previous finance was due for payment on the 30th of the month and that this would be settled.
Well today came the 2nd and I got a text advising that I had missed a payment. I called EH back and was advised that they only sent the payment to finance on the 1st. I had to call the finance company and make the payment to them and called EH back to speak to the sales deputy. He came in with how can I help and tbh I saw red. He ducked my emails for five days and I explained that they hadn't settled my finance putting me into arrears and about the additional costs I had incurred to put it right. They eventually compensated me but it seemed like they were either incompetent or were purposely making the wrong choice. Car is going back.to my local dealership for the paintwork next week but this has been more stress than it was worth.

I was told that the sales exec I dealt with was new however that then makes this a training issue. However I also feel the delivery driver was also at fault as he should have never taken the car to deliver in the condition it was in

Easy and quick service. Very efficient

Sales and Workshop reception teams are excellent, but an outstanding, and recurring, problem regarding my vehicle going into 'Limp Mode' ever since day one since taking delivery, has not been resolved. I did mention this ongoing problem when I made the annual service appointment , and again when I picked up the 'UNWASHED AND UNVALETED CAR' (shame on you for such Scrooge like cost savings), only to be told that the MASTER TECHNICIAN is so busy that it it would be mid September before anything could be done about it. What a difference to my previous manufacturer, TOYOTA, when such a problem was given the highest priority.

the service desk staff were fantastic, they kept me informed on my vehicles progress. The garage staff were very profesional . all round 5 star service

99pound depoist will be back in your account at the end of the week 6 weeks later still not received it bought a car asked the questions got told lies
How many owners has it had 1 no its had 2 liar
Has the car been serviced with history yes a full major service liar no service history at all
The car has dirty hand prints all over the interior got told it will get valeted before getting it liar never been touched the car has scratchs dont worry they will be sorted before you get the car liar never been done had the car delivred by evans halshaw i was at work at the time recived a liar phone call the car has been valeted inside and out all scratchs removed still their liar
Called evans halshaw about it bring it in tuesday we will do it for you turned up after taken a day off work guess what the liar said he needs to book it in 6 weeks later still no reply from the liar at evans halshaw renault middlesborough

Booked in for a service and to check a fault and change the timing chain. It was with the garage for 4 days. I had to ring on the 2nd and 3rd days to find out why it was taking so long to be told it takes two days to get spares. The hourly cost of labour was extortionate and should be visible at booking . No courtesy car for the day I had booked not even offered one for the other 3 days they had my car.

5 star experience from start to finish the salesman who we bought the car from maboob saddique went above and beyond to do everything he could for us, I would definitely recommend friends and family to buy from this garage
