After buying a 24 plate Defender from…
After buying a 24 plate Defender from these people , i would not buy from this company again.
Points i raised for them to remidy , before i collected the car.
Tyre with low pressure
wiper blades faulty
dint in side of car
only one key
None of these were done, i ended up having two new tyres and putting all the problems right at my cost .
Its a big company that acts like a back street dealer .
Be very wary if you buy here .

Poor Customer Service
I made an enquiry on line to Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Horsforth regarding a BMW X3 and Mark was quick to call me and discuss the car. All appeared good, I asked for a video, as I was travelling a long distance, and asked what I needed to do to reserve the car and arrange a viewing. Mark said he would get one of his team to send me a video and we could then discuss when I could come up to see the car as it was yet to go through their preparation. The video was sent and I immediately called Mark but was told he was busy and would call me back. No call back so I called again and was told by Ken that the car was being seen by someone else and that it was reserved. I checked on line and the car was still available so reserved it myself and received a confirmation email that that the car would be held for me. Mark did call back later in the afternoon and told me that the car has been sold. This was terrible customer service and a total lack of transparency. I offered in the initial phone call with Mark to reserve the car but was advised to look at the video and then discuss when to view. In the meantime, he had sold it to someone else. I'm old school, my word is my bond. I trusted Mark and that was my mistake, please be aware.
