Ordered my daughter’s prom dress The Belisse in sage green and it’s beautiful. Perfect for my daughter, she was set on sage green for prom and couldn’t find anything she liked in prom shops. This dress is her perfect A line style and really suits her. As per other reviews, I did size up and I’m glad I did (I did measure her before ordering) and the fit is spot on! Very happy with our purchase, good price and received in a week and fab quality. Thank you.

I ordered 2 of the same dresses for my wedding for my bridal party on the 19th March.
I was informed it would take 10 working days to deliver.
I sent the company 4 emails via their website, which I received no responses.
I called the number on their website - and got an answering machine where I received again, no response.
Finally, after 3 weeks, I received one of the 2 dresses.
Still no update on the second dress.
When I finally spoke to ‘Mark’ on the online chat, he informed me that ever-pretty have received no emails from my email address, where I was able to correct him with the dated screenshots of my emails.
He then informed me it would take up to 41 days to deliver my dress due to high orders. I asked - how is this communicated to your customers since no one has sent me any update regarding this.
My other concern is, where have my emails gone if he is unable to find them.

I’m now looking at going else where to dress my wedding. Ever-pretty what an absolute sham of a company with the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

Bought pack of 5 dresses as seemed like a good deal. Was very disappointed as nowhere near the size advertised (too small), poor quality materials and atrocious finishing ( the net overlay on all was badly cut and out of synch totally). All 5 dresses were also maxi length and virtually all the same style. Not able to return as “special purchase” according to company though not sure that this complies either distance selling regulations. Very disappointing indeed and won’t use again.

There’s no issues around quality with the dresses, the issues are the hidden terms and conditions that they don’t make clear before ordering. They will send you dresses separately and then try and charge you £6.99 returning fee per package, despite you only making one order & them deciding to send them individually. They also don’t make it clear that you can’t return certain dresses so now I can’t return a £60 dress which doesn’t fit and it’s just a waste. The quality is fine but you better hope you make the right decision of dress style and size first time otherwise you’re making an expensive mistake! Shop somewhere else where you can actually try on dresses without a large expense to yourself

Ever-Pretty Dresses Are Just Gorgeous And So Well Made, They Are The Only Dresses I Go For When I'm Attending Events

2 lucky dip bags received today. Nice colours, ordered five size 14 & five size 12. 14 is very small. Not going to fit my mum who I ordered for as a surprise! They barely fit me. Not dressed I would of picked myself but looks ok. Zip broken on one dress. Not returnable! Which was part of the ordering process! Looks like 10 dresses for me which is far too many. £10 postage for under £70 order is very expensive!

I ordered the 5 dresses for £45.99 the total price came to £56 once postage had been added.

Three dresses arrived, none of which fitted, all materials were of poor quality, plus two items were not dresses at all but random tops.

I used the chat function to see what options I could have, the items only arrived yesterday. But the chat (presumably a bot) asked if I'd accept a refund for a third of the price I said no to that. I want to return the items and have a full refund. The chat response was that they would be in touch asap.

Today I have a £10 refund no messages.

I have emailed but seeing these reviews I am worried. UK consumer rights 2015 state that you can receive a full refund for items that are not as described and that the seller must cover the cost of returning them.

I will update this review if anything changes in the next 30days but so far am severely disappointed.

I have had an excellent service from this company over the last few weeks. Their Customer Service team have been most helpful, letting me keep a dress for longer than the return period so that I could decide if iIwanted to keep it. They have also processed my exchanges and returns so quickly.

I brought my 7 bridesmaids their dresses from Ever Pretty and they were the most beautiful dresses! They fitted my girls perfectly!

I felt amazing in my beautiful green gown at a black tie christmas event .... after years and years of struggling thank you so.much for making every women feel amazing!! U guys are legends!!!!!

The dress itself was good quality however far to big for me . Definitely not a size 10. Had to return which is where it all goes wrong . Paid £6.99 delivery and then was charged another £6.99 to return. Also need a printed email to put in the parcel which is a faff as don't have a printer. So essentially I paid £14 to try on a dress and had to go to a library to get an email printed
Never worth the hassle and therfore will never order from this company again!

Not happy with how the dress arrived at all. Was scrunched up in a really small bag. It looked absolutely awful, so had to send it back. For this they wanted to charge £9.99 x 2 for the delivery & return of the item.
I did complain as I was returning it due to the poor state it arrived in & they did refund me £9.99.
But be warned about that.
I wouldn't use them again.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a bridesmaid dress in July for my friend's wedding in October, I'm currently pregnant so I had ordered the dress from the maternity range and in 2 sizes larger than my normal size as I had no idea how I would carry as this is my first pregnancy. I tried it in closer to the time and it fit well but sadly the length of the dress was impacted by the bump, which was disappointing considering I ordered from the maternity range. I emailed the customer service team explaining the situation and asked if there was anything that could be done and the team were incredibly understanding. Even though I was out of return/exchange terms, they allowed me to order an alternative dress which I'm pleased to say is much better. The customer service team were helpful, responsive and accommodating, I can't thank them enough for their assistance. I feel much more confident and comfortable in the new dress and I can't wait to be bridesmaid next week.

My only negative comment would be that the dresses are quite short. Normally event dresses have a bit more length to play with which allows people to adjust it accordingly. If you're a taller girl, this brand might not be suitable.

Ordered three bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. One was missing from the package, once I got on to customer care the missing dress was arranged to be sent out a day later.
The dresses are gorgeous and exactly as described. Anyone I dealt with on customer care was incredibly polite and helpful.
Would have given 5 stars if there hadn't been a dress missing from the initial order.

Dress sizing very small, ordered a size 16 but needed to go up 2 sizes, definitely nit wearing a size 20, returned Dress and have been charged £17.98 to return it, absolutely disgusting to b charged that much

Ever pretty have been so helpful and amazing for supplying my bridesmaid dresses. I have returned a dress twice due to me ordering the wrong size and they have been incredibly helpful and supportive. Would definitely recommend!
Plus the dresses are just beautiful and the quality is outstanding

J’ai commandé deux robes pour un mariage, mais la taille ne convenait pas. Leur service après-vente a été très réactif : réponses rapides par mail, remboursement sans souci pour l’une des robes, et renvoi de l’autre dans une taille plus petite, rapidement et sans frais supplémentaires. La robe que j’ai gardée était trop longue pour moi (1m57), donc j’ai dû la faire reprendre. Doublée et donc pas transparente, elle offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Merci pour votre sérieux et votre efficacité !

They charge customers £9.99 flat for a return. I asked their customer service who they're using, they confirmed Evri, and I checked and on Evri's website, it costs me like £3.20 for next day delivery + tracking. I asked again why they charge so much and they confirmed it includes processing, restocking & inspecting the item. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. They are not legally entitled to that, you are owed your full refund (within 14 days) with the exception of the cost of the shipping label itself. I had already received a confirmation that my return was accepted but when I questioned them on the fee, they cancelled my returns, stating it had been over 30 days since I received the item. Its's been 4 days!! Not to mention, I bought 2 dresses size 16 and while one fit me perfectly, the other one wouldn't even zip up (that's the one I wanted to return). No damages on my end, label still attached, haven't washed it, requested the return within 30 minutes of receiving the item and now I've been dealing with this headache of a company for days.

I needed a refund and they responded very well.
