Our Builder recommended Everglade when we did a refurb 8 years ago. We had some minor issues with the original install - but got over them. More recently we had an issue with the glazing in our bifold doors. Everglade very kindly just replaced them. No screaming/shouting was required - they just stood by their product. Impressed and grateful.

The team at Everglade have been extremely professional, helpful and polite. We recently renovated our house and got 35 windows, 2 doors and sliding doors from them. The product is of the highest quality and the customer care before and after has been extremely good. This is throughout the journey from the initial consult all the way through to the fitting. Our builders have also commented on the high quality of windows and doors provided as well as the attention to detail.
The fitting team worked well with our builders and the final aesthetic outcome has been great.

I must point out that i did not use their services of double glazed-window replacing and that their quote was very competitive indeed! Despite very professional and friendly exchanges, just when i was about to approve their quote, i realised they asked for 60% upfront BEFORE EVEN CARRYING OUT A property SURVEY. I checked the leading companies and small ones and even asked AI which all recommended 20 or 25% upfront deposit.I asked them to follow industry standards as i did not know them and they only have a handful of reviews online (around 60). They refused and told me nicely they didnt want my custom????I have owned properties in London for 30 years and have never had to pay 60% of anything upfront!! Sorry but not sorry.

We had some windows and a double door replaced in summer. The windows are modern and have elevated the look of the property. The mechanism of the windows is brilliant, and being able to clean them inside and out so easily is a game changer!
But the best feature is by far the quality. In winter we have noticed a significant drop in draft and the insulation is brilliant.
The noise reduction has also been an amazing feature.
The fitting was seamless, quick efficient and so clean.
The company is so easy to deal with and so knowledgable. Definitely a strong recommendation!

Everglaze have completed a number of jobs for me in the past few years and they are always of the highest quality and value. My mum needed a new sliding patio door as her old one was broken. Quite urgent as my mum is in her 80s. New door, measured, ordered, manufactured and installed in 4 weeks. It is solid, much more secure than her previous one and it looks fantastic. The Everglaze fitters and team are so professional and helpful and prices extremely competitive. I could not recommend them more highly.

We chose Everglade Windows because they had the best combination of style, quality and price for heritage-style aluminium windows and French doors/bifolds to build an orangery on our period house. We chose a non-standard (RAL) colour so they took longer to be made but were well worth the wait.

Everglade have a lovely showroom with helpful staff - no pushy salespeople(!). It was also reassuring that they make the windows right there on their premises in west London.

They also helped us out with colour-matched aluminium cladding without which our orangery would not look as beautiful as it does.

Thank you to everyone there involved in this complex project that has created a lovey light-filled space in our home.

Over the past week we had four large patio windows with sliding doors installed by Everglade at Chorleywood WD3 and we are over the moon with the results. Two delightful gentlemen called Ravi and Pinker carried out the work at a phenomenal pace and with minimal fuss or mayhem …..we honestly expected the house to be in total disarray but the installation was all very calm and considered….everything was well thought out and methodical and the results within a few days are absolutely astounding. We felt brilliantly supported by Jay and Vince at Everglade and are stunned by the outstanding results of the work. Ravi and Pinker were unbelievably helpful and pleasant…..they appeared each day like a ray of sunshine and kept everything tidy and perfectly managed. We are so grateful to Everglade for giving us a premium product , expertly installed which has literally changed our lives by bringing our garden to life whilst also giving us greater silence and superior insulation. A fantastic result for which we offer our wholehearted thanks. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Everglade …..the second that you experience their professional approach and see their extraordinary showroom you know that you are in safe hands and can anticipate the best results possible.

Reposting a genuine review which was removed!
We approached Everglade directly after seeing their French Doors at a friend’s house. Our builders did not know of the product and were experienced in using Origin windows and doors, but we much preferred the Everglade door style. We were therefore relatively unique as B-to-C consumers, where Everglade generally deals with builders and fitters. However, we found great service from the team and a genuine interest in helping us achieve our desired look. After our initial consultation with Salim (who was excellent) and supplying the broad requirements and measurements, our builder took over the dealings with Everglade for the more detailed to-the-mm measurements, of which I definitely would not want the responsibility; it has to be exact. Our builders were not recognised Everglade fitters, but were mostly building our house around the doors rather than slotting them into existing spaces so we felt confident with them giving us a third-party fitting guarantee, since using a non-affiliated fitter negates the Everglade guarantee. In the end we ordered 6 sets of French Doors and they look fantastic and match the Origin windows used through the rest of the house perfectly. All of the doors come with an Ultion lock, and the keys look exactly the same, so I have had to develop a colour-coding system for each door’s key so I know which corresponds correctly - something to bear in mind! But I do this for safety so that I can keep the keys separate from the doors, that way even if a potential burglar were to try to break in and smashed the panes of glass, there is still no way to open the door without the key actually being left in the door. That is a point of consideration for fire escape safety though. And I would just mention that there were some delays between ordering and manufacture and delivery, but I have a suspicion that late payment from our builders actually caused this - and I certainly heard two sides of that story. That’s just another small thing to think about if you use a third-party fitter. All in all we are very pleased and everyone has said how fabulous the doors look - with four sets running down one side of our house, which open onto the terrace, we have achieved the Californian style we were going for, and I far prefer the various opening options of French Doors to one long bifold which the architect initially drew into the plans.

We came to Everglade after a horrific experience with a cowboy builder who claimed to be FENSA certified, and who btoched part of the job then ran off with the rest.

We were reassured by Everglade's professional credentials and the positive reviews on various platforms (we have done our research!).
Salim from the sales team is extremely patient, and he's answered our many questions without delay before purchasing and even after the job was completed.
Their products are of the highest quality - we ordered a Solidor composite front door and a pair of uPVc French patio doors. Some suppliers - including Anglian - refuse to replicate the existing French door design for our living room as the opening was only 100cm, but it was not an issue for Everglade.

They also take credit cards during the ordering process, which added to our peace of mind.

The doors arrived sooner than expected after ordering and installation was swiftly booked in. The installers who attended on the day, were very polite and respectful and they covered everything up to ensure the flooring and frunishings were not damaged (other traders would not bother, in my experience). They did arrive quite late, but were willing to come back the next day to finish the job but due to work, this didn't work for us, so they booked it in for first thing that Saturday which suited us fine - and I was impressed that they were able to offer a Saturday slot.

They stayed until I was perfectly happy - as the patio doors, due to their narrow size were quite difficult to level evenly, but the installers ensured they didn't leave before it was spot on.

We had a small issue with our light fitting being knocked and a drop breaking, but they replaced it without an issue and there was no harm done.

One feedback I would have is that when old timber doors are removed, obviously there is some extent of damage expected to plastering/doorframe etc. We had quite a large chunk of plaster falling off when the old doorframe was removed, and the outer timber doorframe cracked in the middle. This in itself is not an issue, as due to the age of the building (a period property) this isn't unexpected, however I don't think the installers had the correct products with them to carry out the repairs. The crack in the doorframe was filled with silicone, where wood filler should have been used, as the silicone has to be removed before it can be painted over since wood paint will not stick to silicone. Visually, the white silicone does the job, but when you get to painting the frame it creates more work.

Similarly, the missing chunk of plaster was filled with cement/mortar (what they use around the windows when they are replaced and work well on external brick walls, but not on internal ones), instead of a plaster or filler. In order to get mortar even, you need an angle grinder as a normal sander will not work. I had to chisel off the cement filling and re-fill with appropriate filler before being able to paint over and correct the wall.

Again, these are not huge issues, and luckily I was able to correct them myself, but some extent of DIY knowledge was required. Easily rectified by the installers having a pot of filler on them when attending jobs!

All in all, we are very happy with the new doors and the customer service provided by Salim has been excellent. Luckily we haven't got any more doors, but will definitely use them again in the future if required and will happily recommend them to friends & family.

Everglade Windows did exactly what they said they would to the timescales agreed. The service was excellent throughout from survey to installation. We are delighted with the quality and the windows and excellent installation.

We have done 5 projects with Everglade, the latest one 2 weeks ago, the process from beginning to end has been great. I usually deal with Sailesh ( he couldn't be more helpful! ) he wasn't available so i dealt with Vince again great, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive. I supply the measurement to get an initial quote, then we finalize design, colours etc. then a site visit always on the day arranged, deposit paid and then orders placed. balance paid before delivery, fitting day they always arrive early morning and work right through - The fitting team lead by Ravi were amazing, they kept us informed as they went along and left with everything perfect. An issue arose after 2 days, they came back assed the problem, ordered a replacement and everything was fixed within a week. Great great service. I know I will be using them again and would recommend.

The customer service at Everglade Windows is outstanding. One of the windows they had installed had a minor defect and once I brought it to their attention, they were very proactive in getting this resolved. They worked around my schedule and generally I was very impressed. I really couldn't have asked for a more assuring team of people to resolve the issue.
