Signed up in July

Signed up in July, and it has been a total nightmare with this company. Very rude agents and no communication with the payment department. App has never worked and sales team well there sales. Not very informative on the contract. Cancelled and a few months.

This company EVERYTHING BREAKS is associated with LINE 5 company, both are a BIG FRAUD!!!
THEY DIDN'T WANT TO REFUND ME MY MONEY, CLAIMING TO CALL LINE 5 AND LINE 5 TO CALL EVERYTHING BREAKS. BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES ARE A BIG FRAUD!!!

Had to call about canceling a policy…

Had to call about canceling a policy that I paid for. Marco was very polite and was easy to communicate with helping me with any confusion that I had. Answered all my questions that I had and was able to get the task done at hand very quickly. I love their customer service!

Accounting Issue

I had an issue that required speaking with someone from the accounting department. I spoke with Marco, who listened to my concern with interest and respect. He called my back within an hour with the information he had regarding the matter. We then began solving the issue with both his information and my information and with a short conversation we were able to resolve the problem to everyone's satisfaction. He was a most pleasant person to speak with and very helpful.
