Summary: Excellent service and tailored support from first contact to aftercare. We would highly recommend all their work.

Detail: Evi completed our installation of a large residential PV array, hybrid inverter, battery and gateway 2 months ago, and we are still being surprised by the system performance.

We found Evi through a Gary Does Solar recommendation. Of quotes from 4 companies, Neil from Evi was the only one to start with an onsite visit and by asking what we wanted and our future needs. With plans to fully electrify our house, Neil shared multiple options based on current and future usage, then was always available for follow up discussions on maximising our roof space, different panel sizes, and any other questions. With my concerns of the age and condition of our roof, they also sent around their roofers to review before I committed to a quote. Any PV install is a significant investment, so it was very reassuring to have that level of service from the start.

The office kept me up to date on G99 progress, install plans, electrician site visit, and were brilliant at coordinating with another company to complete some other roof work at the same time, allowing us to save on scaffolding.

The install team were professional and friendly, considerate of our neighbors, kept to good time, and avoided any disruption around limitations due to our child coming home from school.

The install was neat and left room for expansion of the stackable system. Whenever there would be a visible external conduit I was informed and able to provide feedback on preferences. The team were always happy to answer my questions on what they were working when I was being nosey.

I was most impressed that when there were 2 unexpected challenges during the install, the team and office were quick to respond, keep me informed, and come to suitable resolutions.

Post-install support has been responsive and kept me informed for certificates, reviewed system performance etc, but no system issues.

We would highly recommend including a quote from Evi for any planned work. You will quickly see for yourself why this is a 5* review. We plan to complete our electrification in 2027 with a heat pump and Evi will be our first contact.

Solar and battery storage fitted. I Highly recommend EVI Renewables, from initial survey until completion they did everything they said they would. The after sales support offered gives great peace of mind. They even fixed my sticking garage door, thanks gents.

We made the initial outlay to EVI Renewables and at first was not quite sure if we had done the right thing. Months later we realised that we most certainly have done the right thing mainly because we will always save on our electric bills moving forward. We also made the right decision buying local from EVI Renewables. Their after sales service and technical help from Graham is second to none. It really is a bespoke service. I would highly recommend EVI if you are thinking of installing Solar panels and battery.

We contacted three companies about installing solar panels and battery storage at the end of February this year. It was pretty clear within the first week or so which company made us feel confident that we could trust them to deliver on time and to budget. From the outset EVi listened to our concerns, drafted a working plan and kept us up to date with changes to equipment and installation plans. The installation was superb - EVi's dedicated and professional team of roofers and electricians worked hard and left us with classy array of SVPs and a cleaner garage than we had handed them. Finally, the technical support kicked in explaining exactly how everything works.

We can't fault EVi - we would do it all again with this exceptional company.

The process was very simple from start to finish. The work was completed when promised and to a high standard. A joy to have the guys in the house getting everything installed.

Great service from EVi Renewables. The initial meeting answered our questions and EVi carried out a comprehensive survey to establish the suitability of the roof, equipment locations and cable routes. The EVi staff who carried out the installation were excellent and made sure that the work did not disrupt our daily routine. The quality of work is impeccable. There was a slight delay to the programme and I would have appreciated better communication but overall I am very pleased with the system and the customer service from EVi. I would comment that the scaffolding work was carried out by a third party and their communication was not great which caused some minor disruption.

Generally a good install. I think an improvement would be to have a member of the management team (as opposed to install) on site at points in the process. That helps the customer, but it would also allow the company to see first hand what the issues are on the ground.

All personnel are knowledgeable about the products - in my case, solar panels with storage. I felt confident in accepting their advice. Installation was carried out professionally according to the pre-arranged schedule, and all staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. After sales care so far has also been very supportive.

We had solar panels and a battery system installed by EVi Renewables. From the first visit to the site to finishing the whole project we felt that the service was super professional, the advice given sound and the workmanship first class. All the tradespeople who came to work at the house were really friendly and tried their very best to keep any disruption to a minimum. The system has been up and running for 2 weeks and is doing a great job. I can wholeheartedly recommend EVi Renewables.

I got a recommendation to use EVI to instal a battery and inverter to link up with existing solar panels and they did a great job. The system was well designed for my needs and the installers were friendly and worked to a high standard. Now appreciating the aftercare service that is helping me maximise use of solar/grid energy and minimise our electricity bills.

The installation was very efficient and everything went smoothly, although there were some issues with the commissioning at the end (a software issue not installation) which were dealt with on a susbsequent site visit. The workmanship was good and the installation team very helpful.

Evi Renewables' Director gave an excellent sales pitch against four other bidders. Not the cheapest system, but easily the best. Installation was challenging but the fitters persevered and succeeded. A few issues post-installation but resolved quickly by the team. A great all-round product and service and I'm delighted with the result.

From the moment Neil arrived to do the survey, we felt like they were a company that knew what they were doing. He listened to our questions and our ideas and was able to formulate a plan that was ideal for us. Chris was always just a phone call away leading up to the installation of our solar panels and batteries and Graham keeps monitoring after installation to make sure all is working well. They even replaced 2 of our tiles that were broken before installing the panels. Couldn't have asked for better

Excellent honest communication via both email and telephone calls. I was kept informed throughout the whole process from initial call to completion of the installation.
All workers on site, from the scaffolders to the installers acted courteously and professionally.
