Would give 0 stars if i could! I'm under the height and weight restrictions of the chair - the base broke in less than a year. No refund because their refund policy is a whopping FOURTEEN DAYS. Additionally, they sent the wrong assembly instructions all together.

Additionally have been following up about replacement parts and have learned that if they don't like your email response (I.e. questioning their policy) they will simply ignore you until you play by their rules. Horrible way to deal with customers.

Wish I had read more reviews before I was tempted into buying this chair while it was on sale. Put your money elsewhere - not towards poor quality chairs that can't stand up to daily use

Bought the chair for the weight limit it held. Had it two months and broke. I'm 200#'s under the weight limit. They told me they won't warranty the chair that it was my fault it broke. Now I'm having trouble getting the parts from them in order to fix the chair. What a waste of money.

Terrible chairs, they break within the first 2 months, they give you replacements but then something else just breaks

I have a bad waist, and it often hurts when I play for a long time. Ewin chair is very good, which is soft and can adjust the angle, so I will not feel tired when I play games frequently.

I had a horrible experience with their customer support when my chair arrived, and it ended up being too tall for my desk. Their refund policy of not paying for shipping made it near impossible for me to return, as I would have spent 80 bucks on shipping for a 400 dollar chair, which I wasn't about to pay.

In any case, they didn't respond to me for about 2 weeks after telling them the situation, then wasted a week or two of time when I wanted to buy a shorter piston to try and solve the problem myself. Long story short, I'm trying to sell this chair locally because their refund policy doesn't work, and their support isn't helping me. Would definitely advise against buying for the horrible support experience alone.

The mount around the gas lift completely disintegrated after 15 months use, throwing me to the ground. I'm a heavy guy at 125KG, which is why I bought the chair rated for 250KG.
Ewin have not responded to my warranty claim after 2 weeks, will not answer calls. Cannot recommend for long-term use.

Excellent product! I am loving this chair and I highly recommended it especially if you are sitting for extended period of time. I can work in this chair for 8-10 hours straight with no issues and has really helped me focus on tasks.

An excellent chair! I love it! This is the best seller I've ever bought from.

It was a bit of a pain to assemble but that was mostly because I was tired from work. Luckiky, once it was built I could take a seat. OH my goodness, this is a completely comfortable chair. It takes the max settings for somethings, but I FIT! I FIT IN A CHAIR! I'm not a chunky guy but I am tall and this gives me just the right proportions.

Seriously, thank you so much for designing a chair like this for guys like me.

I've tried and tried to contact this company about a chair I have ordered that has not arrived, 2 weeks later still no tracking information or reply for 3 different points of contact. I'm hoping to just get my money back through PayPal so I never have to deal with this company again. I'm guessing the warranty is useless as your complaint will fall upon deaf ears. Avoid!

Dont believe their Website its all lies, Non existant customer services especially if wanting to get warranty help. 5 months and no reply from both EU & US site. Avoid at all costs

Like everyone else. Warranty is useless as their customer support will ghost you. Do not order from this company.

doesn't even deserve 1 star this company have taken money from my account when I placed an order for a chair and this company is ignoring my messages they have not gave us delivery details or anything to say the order was placed !

If I could give 0 stars I would... I purchased from here because someone I follow on Twitter informed this was a safe place. There's another review here that shared a similar experience to me where I ordered a bundle deal and they only sent the desk and NOT the chair. I emailed and asked and they told me the blue was unavailable and to please exchange for red and it should be sent out. I opted not to do that and told them I'd wait. So a couple of weeks comes around and I get a random email about exchanging my chairs with links to chairs I can exchange... I was an idiot and opened the links that lead NOWHERE! I emailed to warn them of fraudulent activity and someone using their servers and Tracy told me they had someone email me for options and to let them know if I wanted to change. I told them no, that I would wait until the Jan 15 date they informed me about. Now I have to file a dispute to my bank for some fraudulent activity of almost 3000$ worth of lord knows what that was bought on my account. Please be safe .. this was for a Christmas gift for someone. This place needs to be shut down.

I accidentally ordered two chairs. Second chair was returned to their Ohio warehouse Nov 8. They said they received the chair via Facebook Messenger but have not refunded my credit card. It has been almost two months. Their customer service is located in China and either doesn’t respond or has delayed response. Do not do business with them.

My experience precisely echoes that of many other complainants. Ewin will employ many cynical tactics avoid upholding the warranty that they advertise on their site. It's all lies. There is no warranty. It doesn't exist because they are just Chinese drop-shippers.

Once they've got your money you'll be lied to and ghosted when (not if) your chair fails/falls apart. My chair only took TWO WEEKS to break.

Every single positive review on this site is either paid for or tricked into posting (with a false promise of a replacement part in return for a replacement part that should have been sent for free, with no strings attached, under warranty).

They tried that trick with me as well, but I'm not buying it. Ewin - here's your review. Now where's my replacement recliner unit? (11 months and waiting)

SCAMMER ALERT
Paid for a chair and never received it.
Sent multiple emails and they NEVER replied.
Notice that their website does not show any phone number you can call. And their "messenger" online chat never gets replied either.

I'm now going through the lengthy payment dispute process with my bank hoping to recover my money.

I don’t believe nor trust Ewin/Trustpilot or any company that supports this company and only highlights positive reviews. For months the positive reviews have the exact same responses and are processed on the same date. After Ewin failed to respond and resolve our issue with their defective chair including not refunding the purchase price. I drove to the business address and it was abandoned. I have the pictures. Someone is lying!

I had the opportunity to work with EwinRacing and test out one of their Knight Series gaming chairs. Let me say that the assembly was straight forward and the chair is very comfortable. The head pillow and lumbar cushion really helps out your back after sitting all day. Overall it came with great packaging and is a quality chair for the price compared to others.
