llevo comprando varios años y siempre fue bien ,pero esta vez hice dos pedidos y solo me enviaron uno ,no me responden la reclamcion ,ni me dan solucion ,solo se quedan con el dinero ,peligroso comprar así .No lo recomiendo ,somos varios amigos que haciamos pedidos a esta pagina ,pero no nos gusta que no estafen...

They failed to fill my Wife’s Effexor RX, but told the insurance company that they Had! She was out, and suffered withdrawal with triggered a terrible multi-day ordeal of depression. I had to go to a local pharmacy and pay cash for her meds. In addition, in a depression-fit of rage, she broke her phone, which is had to fix. So Exact cost me $250 this weekend plus a lot of pain!! Terrible company!!!! We stopped using them!!!

Je n'avais plus passer de commande depuis plusieurs années la cause était que je ne pouvais plus le payer avec ma carte bleue avec ce nouveau système de paiement j'ai pu repasser une commande et je suis très satisfait car j'ai reçu ma commande quelques jours après merci c'est super et rapide

John the guy who used to email back when payments wasn’t going through online was great taking my money but once he got my money he didn’t respond to my emails asking if my orders was delivered. Never got my purchases! CONS

5 ans après ma dernière commande réussie et après plusieurs tentatives sans succès car ma CB ne passait pas, j’ai décidé d’ouvrir un compte gratuit Révolut pour régler ma commande.
C’est simple et rapide et j’ai finalement reçu ma commande en quelques jours.

i order this is a year ago and they answer me when i tell them it never arrive even 2 month. they say they send again but nothing arrive. if go back in years i always get my sendings but now they stop be trustful. Dont order there :-(

I used to buy from them years ago, but now none of my cards have been accepted.. it nightmare purchases system they have

I have made orders for about 7 years without any problem. But last order (8 months ago) never arrived my home. I told them I had not recieved my order, but they never replied. However, one week ago I tried a new order (with certified sending), and I have not been able to pay it, because it makes error with any of my credit cards. And again, I sent them an email saying the problem paying, and again they have not replied me at all.
So, I have been looking for information about if they are still working (or not).
There is not anything normal (nowadays) about them. Something must be happening.

Useless ! been try to order off them since September 2019. Card payments do not go through and you get a stupid email back saying we are getting a new purchase system in next few weeks . That was months ago . Complete waste of time

I’ve used this company for around five years not had many problems.but trying to buy off the site the past couple of weeks has been a complete nightmare none of my cards have been accepted. But now somebody got in contact with me through email and asked me if I would do a bank transfer also offered more than I was actually ordering for the same price.I did try and contact the company to see if this was Legitimate but got no answer.I replied to the email asking them if I could do it through PayPal and they said they are trying to set that up at the moment.will not be buying until it is all sorted out.

I was a little sceptical when my Visa card was rejected and they asked me to purchase via my bank account. However, within 5 days I received my goods and communication with Exact Pharma via email was excellent.
I have used Exact Pharma for over 7 years and service has always been excellent, therefore, having read a few negative reviews i was a little worried with my next purchase. I actually contacted the company to ask why poor reviews and it seems an ex employee is trying to give them a bad reputation.
I recommend Exact Pharma 100%, service and delivery superb and cost is second to none.

Same here. Been a customer for many years. Now am unable to place an order. Tried various cards all to no avail. Have contacted company by-email 3times to be told each time that they were "working" on the problem. That was in September. Still no response. What a joke. They have no business keeping a website open under false pretences..it should be taken down.

For years I've had excellent service from Exact Pharma, but now it's impossible to even place an order. Recently my orders have been answered with "Order failed" - even though I've tried Mastercard and Visa. My messages to customer services have remained unanswered. Shape-up Exact Pharma! You need to treat your customers better.

I have been trying to order for over 5 months now and each time I place an order, the next day I receive a payment failed email!!! Have messaged them about it and each time they say they're having problems with their payment system! Most recently their excuse was they're testing their new payment system and all being well, it'll be ready by the start of next week. That was 3 weeks ago and still not taking payments!! Obviously they don't need the business

I have been a customer for many years and have been completely satisfied. Only sorry that i cant order anymoore because payment fail all the time, no matter what card i use. What can i do to get me a new order?

Have been a customer for many years and have been completely satisfied. Product arrives within 5 days. Have taken the trouble to try their complete range and have found some items work much better than others. I now know which 2 products work the best for me.

I was worried when I read the reviews, however received great communication from a person called John, product arrived quickly and exactly what I ordered, I ordered previously back in 2015 and also was good. There was a small extra charge added, however the product was cheaper than other suppliers so it still worked out cheaper, all I can say is I am happy with Exact Pharma so far.

Used to be great, even if it could take a while to get delivery. Were easily the cheapest, and you could speak to them. All changed now. Not accepting cards, not even my master card, and customer services is non existent. No way of properly contacting them. Guess it all must have changed hands and just kept the name. Shame
