Great company, delivered quickly best price I could find and great product. Will buy again!

Was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but the mirror looked just right for our bedroom so we ordered it. Mirror was well packaged, no problems

Received my order within a couple of days. Was the only company to actually have the mirror in stock after being let down by so many others.

AVOID! Ordered a mirror 3 months ago! No one answers the phone or emails. Disputed charge with CC company.

Still waiting on delivery and no response!!

I ordered a made to order mirror on 28th June. It’s now 15 September and I have not received my mirror. £135 wasted. It was the only missing piece in my renovated living room. No contact from the company except one time only to say it is still in the production period of 8 weeks. I contacted them after 8 weeks completed and no response on Instagram / Twitter / email.

Just avoid. First mirror arrived damged, inadequately packaged for such a large and heavy breakable item. A new one sent, and was told to just throw the other one away ! - The mirror itself is poor quality. They NEVER answer their phones, EVER ! - and respond to emails after about a week or so, if you are lucky.

Not happy! Ordered a mirror at the start of August, it was advised it will be delivered 28th August which I was happy to wait. When all I received was an email confirming my payment had gone through but nothing about my delivery date, I decided to call and find out the situation. I found out that the order has been delayed until the end of september / start of october. I advised I cannot wait that long and requested a refund, after 3-5 working days had past I called back up asking where my refund was. The woman on the phone advised it will be 5 working days which I told her it is actually 6 working days on that day I called, she said she will get the refund over to me that day! I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND 2 WEEKS LATER! Ridiculous how I received the email to confirm my payment but nothing to confirm the cancellation or refund ... sneaky! I will be ringing back in the morning and if this isnt refunded I will be taking this further!!! Disgusted with the level of customer service

I couldn’t get my order to go through online so I rang through. I was helped through the whole process and my delivery came so well packed I shouldn’t have worried that there would be any damage. I was helped by a lovely person called Jade when I was unable to unpack within the stipulated 24 hours. There was no problem and I felt that my shopping experience was enjoyable. The mirror itself is stunning and was a fantastic price. I will be using Exclusive Mirrors again and will recommend to my friends.

Amazing mirror! I ordered a huge lean to mirror and it was delivered within a week of ordering. No issues at all.

I ordered a mirror which when it arrived to unfortunately had a crack in it. I contacted Exclusive mirrors who were full of apologies and within two days I had a replacement. The service I got was absolutely brilliant and I would definitely recommend them and use them again

Was a little apprehensive booking as I had read mixed reviews... however ... I am impressed with my mirror. Arrived within a few days and looks so nice and really good price. Would 100% recommend! Don’t pay over the odds when you can get a beautiful mirror from here! Love mine :)

I ordered a large glass framed mirror. Unfortunately, the first one arrived with a crack in the corner. The mirror had been very securely packaged so I can only assume that it had been dropped on its corner in transit. I emailed Exclusive Mirrors and a new mirror was dispatched the same day. The arrived and was perfect.
A fantastic mirror for a great price - just what we were looking for.

I ordered the Allende Swirl Mirror for a very competitive price. Unfortunately the first mirror arrived slightly damaged but Exclusive Mirrors immediately arranged for the mirror to be collected and a replacement mirror to be delivered at the same time. The replacement mirror is perfect as was the service I received. I have just moved house and will be buying all the mirrors for my new home from Exclusive Mirrors.

Order delivered smashed so was immediately return by couriers. No reply to phone calls, mailbox always full on phone so can’t accept messages. No reply to emails. Got all the hallmarks of a company that’s either going into receivership but still taking orders or complete scammers. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Ordered a large fan mirror. Easy to order and arrived in a timely fashion. It is fab and I love it. Looks great above my mantle piece. Would definitely recommend this company.

I've had to go via my credit card provider to get a refund.

I don't understand how they are still trading...if the 'new owners' have bought all the assets (website...) why not honour and fulfil customer's orders? Shameful
