Like other customers have said, I would give a minus score if I could! I too wish I had read all the reviews first.PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I feel like they have stolen from me. I ordered my mirror on 8th January 2019 and payment of £155 was taken in full on 9th January according to my credit car statement. I spoke with a woman at Exclusive Mirrors on 6th February to check on delivery date. She fed me a line about quality checks and delays and said I would get a call the following week to arrange delivery but no call came.

The website now has a message that it is closed and the liquidators are being brought in. I have been telephoning and leaving messages during today but no-one has called back. I feel completely taken for a ride, the woman on 6th February must have just fed me utter lies! I feel nothing but contempt for the people running this company. I saw reference on line to them liquidating another company in 2013 and setting up again with a new name.

I have been in touch with my credit card company to make a claim and will contact Trading Standards to find out what steps are being taken to stop this company/its directors ripping off anyone else in the future.

Why is there no minus stars on this? Appalling company. Ordered a mirror which never arrived. After many emails finally got a response saying they were going into liquidation! Money lost, time wasted. Absolutely disgusting

Same story as others on here. I placed an order mid Oct and was told 28 days delivery. I was then told that it was damaged when it arrived in their warehouse and I could not get another until mid Jan. I agreed, mid Jan come and went, no mirror. They changed the delivery date another couple of times. I last spoke to them last Wednesday and was told the mirror was being delivered into their warehouse on Friday and would be out to order this week.
I just tried to call - number only on answer phone. I emailed and got a standard response that they are going into liquidation.
They would have known this weeks ago and have been lying constantly.

DO NOT USE.

Placed an order on January 7th.

I was then told the item was out of stock.

I was then told it was due to be delivered last week but they couldn't send it as it didn't pass a quality check.

I was then told it would be delivered today (Tuesday, February 19). Alas, no contact and now they're having 'technical difficulties' and can't possibly answer the phone.

I understand the company is in liquidation and so basically they have stolen from all of us who have placed orders as they have no intention of completing them.

The young women in the office tell lie after lie. I should have guessed last week when I spoke to one of them as she was mumbling horribly and I could barely make out what she was saying.

I will be taking this further.

I ordered a mirror 2 months ago, it still hasn't arrived. I have called numerous times to be told the mirror will be delivered by the end of the week each time. When you email them you don't get a response. Over the past week I have tried to call twice,for a message to come on the line saying they are experiencing technical difficulties and to leave a message. Message left twice and still waiting for a call back. - I wouldn'd recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give zero then I would, ordered in Jan now no mirror, having to collect refund from my card issuer

Ordered my mirror 10th Dec 2018, promised delivery in time for Christmas but never arrived. Waited and constantly called them but fobbed off with excuses about my mirror was returned to manufacturer due to quality control issues? I cancelled my order and was told I could have it within 3 days, but they've made promises before so insisted on my refund. They said it could be up to 30 days, but a further email said it would be the following week. They have now apparently gone into liquidation.......AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY'RE FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS, TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DON'T DELIVER!!

Do not use. They are insolvent but still taking orders.

They have advised via email that "The directors of the business are currently in the process of instructing an insolvency practitioner to assist with placing the company into liquidation".

The directors appear to be trading whilst insolvent which is an offence. Careful of any business linked to JS Mirrors Limited.

Do not use,, company is going in to liquidation, have been waiting for 3week for a refund on a mirror that wasn't delivered,,,save your money or buy from the range,,,,lie after lie after lie.

Another one who does not normally review, however, I am writing this to stop people from using this company. Another unhappy customer waiting for a refund! Order was cancelled due to an unacceptable delivery time even though it was showing in stock on the website. They emailed back to say order had been cancelled and refund would take up to 30 days. As others say this is a ridiculous amount of time for a refund, most companies do it next day! Since then I have been chasing by telephone, no answer, and email 4 times and no reply. Dispute has now been raised with my Building Society to recover the money. This is clearly not a one off as since I have checked reviews, it has happened to many people.

I have waited 8weeks for a mirror I ordered at the beginning of December.
I got through to the company after many phone calls only to be inform the container carrying my mirror had not arrived?
With no new delivery date I decided to cancel and receive a refund,
then the bad news it could take up to 30days for a refund,
Will I receive my money? I would like this company to be investigated by trading standards.

Single handedly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They take your money immediately and then the goods never turn up with excuse after excuse. I have been waiting for months for a mirror that never arrived and now a refund which I am not optimistic I will receive. Appalling customer service.

Already written one review to day sliwcdelivrry buy great mirror. Just put it up. It weighs 25kgs. That’s a lot so I had to put serious cavity wall fixings up. Looks fab!

Ordered and paid in November, still not received item. Even though today we were meant to be delivered to by their courier company that is clearly as s**** as them!!!!!
Scammers, fraudsters and complete liars!!!!!
I will be taking court action against them with immediate effect and am not worried how much it will cost me to take them to court and expose them for what they are.

I ordered a mirror on 9th December and the company was clear that it could take up to 28 working days to deliver the item and I knew that Christmas would also likely delay things but the lack of communication once past the maximum delivery time was a problem. The reviews don’t give any confidence and nor do the ignored emails asking for delivery status. The mirror was the best price on the internet but on reflection I could have paid £18 more and taken delivery from another company in the middle of December so I don’t think the saving was worth the hassle and chasing. I now have the mirror and it’s lovely and the courier company were great but I wouldn’t order from these people again.

Waited for nearly two months, poor service with no communication.
Not good enough

Mirror ordered January 7th, no contact from company since, no response to emails, phone line is not responding or dead (it varies) zero customer service and an extremely large amount of cash spent with nothing to show for it - avoid this company at all costs.

Dreadful company with no customer service. Ordered a mirror which was never delivered. Was told it would be 6 weeks!!! I asked to cancel and have a refund and had no response. I have emailed them daily and finally they reply, but no refund!! Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered a mirror before Christmas, received an email to say it would be dispatched week of 28th January (not sure why this wasn't mentioned prior to ordering the mirror?!). 28th January arrived and still nothing so emailed Exclusive Mirrors who advised me that the mirror had failed quality control so it would be dispatched week of 25th February! I then requested a refund which they ignored and said they could dispatch the mirror week of 18th February. Told them I no longer wanted it so they advised they would issue me a refund which can take 30 days to process. Will never use this company again and wouldn't recommend to anyone!

I ordered a mirror in November 2018 and I still have not received it now it's February 2019!?!? All I get is emails saying it will be next week, it will be the week after And this has gone on for 2 months!
