The program does a great job of scanning. Not so good at categorizing. Everything is a meal. I was experimenting with reports, and found out (after a couple of hours on and off chatting with the ai chatbot) that reports cannot be un-done. Something as simple as redacting a report is not a capability of this program. I also tried several work-arounds to move my expenses out of the reports, including recapturing the expense, printing my receipts, rescanning. but even if you rescan, the report stays. Nothing seems to work. I tried to get assistance, and asked if someone could redact the reports but it seems "Done" means, go f%&$ yourself here. My last request is to retrieve all of my scanned receipts to move on to another program, and this even seems like a long to-do. I wish someone would have told me not to experiment with reports, this program would have done everything I needed it to.

Expensify Concierge: can not do anything on behalf of a customer; if you need anything, you need to extract it yourself, one by one.

Would rate zero, won't let me actually do anything. Sends a verification code to my phone and tells me that the code is wrong. Help ai suggested waiting an hour and try again. Still the new code is invalid.

It's easy to use. I use it for the company credit card. It automatically emails an expense report to accounting on the first of the month. All I do is take a picture of the receipt and write a brief description of the expense. It does the rest.

Expensify is by far the simplest user friendly platform I have used! I have used different systems, primarily concur, and this program has been awesome!!! I am glad my current company is using this. Very easy to classify expenses and upload receipts, takes less than a minute. Great to see status of the reports.

I really enjoy using Expensify because it’s simple, fast, and does exactly what it promises. It has made my routine much more productive by automating the boring stuff. Highly recommended!

The best thing this does is the option to clone and edit/submit in a matter of few seconds.
This works well considering i need to resubmit the claim every few days for my mileage

Super easy. Just takes a few minutes to get used to it. Makes expenses much faster to do. Return on money is faster.

Concise and to the point. No jumping through a myriad of hoops. If you just give them a try you certainly won't be disappointed.

Expensify is by far the best solution to record expenses on the fly using the mobile App or at the office/ home office using the software installed on a laptop or PC. Easy and fast data capture with detailed on demand detailed reports.

I liked it at first but recently the functionally has completely stopped working no receipt scanning. Its also very hard to cancel. As they try and lock you into an annual plan even though you pay monthly. It's defiantly gotten shady. I also found it out was charging me for multiple users when there is just one user (me). I think it has become a terrible company. Can no longer reccomend

Expensify does a great job for my weekly work expenses. I never have any issues and the service does a great job.

It is so easy to use, no complications and the mobile app works really well.

I’ve used a lot of expense tools over the years, and most of them feel like they were built by accountants for accountants. Expensify is the first one that actually feels like it was built for people who just want to get reimbursed without thinking about it.

The SmartScan feature is the standout. Snap a picture, and it pulls in the details accurately more often than not. That alone saves a ton of time. I also like how easy it is to submit reports and keep things organized without digging through menus.

Where it really stands out is simplicity. You don’t need a manual to use it, and it doesn’t slow you down when you’re traveling or juggling multiple expenses.

If I had one ask, it would be occasional tweaks to categorization and edge cases, but nothing that gets in the way of daily use.

Overall, it just works. And that’s the whole point.
