Not great; want to like but treated without care
Not great. Whilst they are happy to listen and seem very nice. They unexpectedly and without reason 'rejected' to proceed with my claim. They didn't even ask for 'evidence' so not sure how they came to their judgement indirectly either.
It is also important to note before you consider them or indeed anyone they'll take 45%ish of any successful claim. If you're happy with that then no problem but did seem a bit steep. Someone else has taken on the case and feels it's rather straight forward one.
