Delivery is not clear, they give you a date for delivery and when followed up, they revert back to their estimated lead time. Lack communication with customer and when you do speak to them, the agent was obnoxcious and unwilling to assist. Was transferred to Helen who did manage to get the order out eventually. On receiving the order, albeit paid for, the corners of the glass were not dubbed. Refund requested and had to chase again as it took 3 weeks. Overall poor service, not to spec, lacked communication and bad attitude no compensation.

I ordered glass from this company several times and was never disappointed. Always received the order as scheduled. Quality of the glass is perfect with smooth finishing and glossy look. These guys are really professional in glass industry.

Got the "We have finished processing your order and it is now ready to ship." email on the 19th without a tracking id. Phoned the company 2 days after and been told I was going to be contacted by their couriers by this week for the delivery date. Nothing happened. Phoned to company and spoken to 2 people from their transport and sales department. Same answers. "They will call you next week without any firm date what so ever". Blaming the couriers. First and last time I do business with this company!

Worked with Helen and the EGW team to develop a new Glass Splashback for our updated kitchen. This included our providing a bespoke image (a modified Shutterstock image). Everything went to plan and good end result. We have worked with EGW previously sourcing glass panels for our patio area. Again excellent service.

We used Express toughening for an order of glass to build a display cabinet for our shop.

After ordering we realised we needed an additional piece, so contact them and it was added to our existing order saving additional delivery charges. Helen in the admin team was amazing, and nothing was to much trouble.

The order was processed even quicker than I originally expected, even after adding the extra piece, and we record it all within 3 days!

To finish, the delivery driver was so professional, polite and helped unload with no issues at all.

I would 110% use this company again, and I am so grateful for the help and support they gave during my order. Thanks again!!

We ordered 2 pieces of glass for our staircase and we made a mistake of ordering the wrong size. The help with this was great. Adam gave us a call as soon as we sent an email to explain what had happened and Helen was in contact ASAP with how she could.
We actually popped to the office so we could speak to Helen as we needed to order another product and she was very helpful with sorting this for us with no issues.

I placed the order. and it's been a week now that I don't get any news whether my order is complete or when it will be delivered. I tried to call the number on their page but no one answered. I am very disappointed with their services

I work for a housebuilder and we install Glass Splashbacks in our kitchens in all our new build properties. I purchase between 30 to 40 Splashbacks a year and after my original supplier ceased trading I have been looking for a reliable supplier for a while now. I have tried various companies with mixed results. I have found Express Toughening Ltd to be very helpful, responsive and the turnaround time is very impressive compared against other suppliers I have used. They also appear to deliver on their own vehicles rather than use carriers which is a big plus point in my view. This enables the Splashbacks to be delivered safely rather than just thrown in the back of a van and hope for the best! Overall I am impressed with Express Toughening Ltd.

Lovely mirror, decided I wanted the bigger size and Helen said although they don’t usually exchange they would so I paid the difference and the other mirror came quite quickly and is amazing!! Very flattering too ha! Would 100% use again! Very helpful customer service.

Great all round experience.
