Just wanted to say that Tomas is brilliant, he is kind, informative and did the most to get printed my items quickly. He was very professional and honestly needs a pay rise. Thank you so much.

I just received 2 books printed on eco recycled paper from Expresta. I’m used to being disappointed by online publishers, but these were of exquisite quality, carefully packaged. The team corresponded a couple of times to make sure the artwork looked right. Not the cheapest maybe, but so much more quality than the others I’ve seen.

You have the option to pay extra for a quicker service, which would be worth it if they could actually manage it. Comms with the designer was good, but the delays were not communicated well, and despite asking to pause the order - which you can do once - they sent it anyway without any notice. Total waste of money. Would not recommend.

This company feels like a scam operation. I ordered two ring bound manuals to be printed and shipped to Ireland. After 3 weeks of waiting I contacted them to ask where my items were and was told they can see they are stuck in shipping but offered to reprint them and charge me for a courier to ship them.

I had an amazing experience with them. I had printed 500 books.
Service: excellent. The designer made some retouch for perfect result with no extra.
Quality of printing: perfection
Price: almost the best price in Europe
Delivery: impressive. arrived 3 days in advance and the boxes used are strong and very good quality comparing with other company that i tried. books were wrap by 5 in kraft paper.
Overall: excellent. I recommend

I am completely satisfied with their work. I’ve ordered from them twice, and each time I received exactly what I expected. The product quality is excellent, communication was quick and helpful. They took my requests into account, and the delivery was fast on both occasions. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!

My business cards were printed very quick and in excellent quality. 3rd party delivery service tried to be slow, but after Expresta support pushed them by my request, they delivered with only 1 day delay instead of 3, so overall I'm very satisfied. Great English-fluent support and excellent price/quality+speed ratio

I had an amazing experience with my first order at Expresta. Delivery to NL was quick and the quality of the 290 page book is very good. Definitely recommend. Best regards to Maria from the design department.

I wrote a book for my wife as a gift. I had two paperback editions printed with glossy front and back covers by Expresta.

I was quite pleased with Anna and the graphic designer there. They were very helpful in answering my questions about cover design, PDF formatting, etc.
And they got both flawless books to me in time.
My wife was blown away by the book and treasures it.

Missed their delivery date. I went with them, an expensive option, because they advertised being able to get it done in time. Wasted my money

I haven't printed with them yet, but the customer service is so slow. It makes me wonder what will happen if I have a production issue – probably no one will reply in a timely manner, if at all. The low prices are tempting, but I think I'll go to a trusted source instead.

ZERO satisfaction. I used this site because I trusted the good reviews and their satisfaction guarantee. I ordered a total of 25 small books at a cost of 600 EUR. The quality of the colours was terrible. I made a complaint and asked why the graphic designer did not point out before printing that the colours of the photos would be dark. The quality is so bad that the books have ended up in the bin!! I didn't get any satisfaction from the customer service person so I asked to speak to a manager. This request was not respected and my complaint got closed. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend.
