I’ve been a fan of Eyebuydirect for years. They’re awesome, but I really wish every frame had a virtual try‑on option. More designer styles and some extra BOGO offers would make them even better.

This is the order number for my first purchase: 123852709. I was completely dissatisfied, and Customer Service made no effort to reach a resolution, as the glasses did not work for me—nor were they free. You can look up the claim associated with that order. Even so, I decided to give it another try; 12678634 this is the new order number, I hope they work for me this time, since they aren't free either.

They had exactly what I wanted, it was a better price than anyone else and overall a very convenient process.

I have purchased many pairs of glasses from EyeBuy Direct and have been very pleased with both my glasses and their service when I have had issues...

I love the rainbow frames I got! I just really wish there were more fun options like classic polka dots. Also, the women’s section really needs more options for bigger frames and all size frames in general. The worst part was trying to figure out my size and if I could find a design I loved in my size. I kept measuring and reading the size guides over and over but I’m still not sure if the glasses I got would fit! There has to be a better, more streamlined way to measure one’s head, like providing links to printouts of paper eyeglass frames in different sizes to fit to your actual head. That way you can actually “try on” your frames ahead of time.

Quick and easy ordering process. Saved Rx is a bonus. Lots of options. Wish the shipping was quicker or cheaper.

Eye buy direct has the best choices for individuals struggling to buy frames in modern eye care centers. Frames I find here are sturdy and more ressistant than ones I have bought elsewhere and at a fraction of the cost.
