Rubbish Customer Service
Order a replacement stool for my kitchen island as one got damaged. Was advised 5 working days to be delivered to Ballymena store and would be sent an email when ready to collect - that was 4 weeks ago. Contacted the store last Friday and was told my chair was in Cork- I’m in the UK!!! Advised someone would email me when the chair was in the Ballymena store. Still no chair and I need it for this Thursday for visitors coming - NEVER again!! Cannot recommend EZ Living as their customer service is rubbish.
Contacted by Ez Living Ballymena Manager today 19/08/25 with an apology and free delivery of my island bar stool to my home on 20/08/25. Well done Ballymena Sore Manager - can’t ask for more than that - now one happy customer 👍

Amazing Customer Service
Kaitlin Stephens looked after us (Ballymena store) from the second we got in the door and was super helpful in getting delivery arranged for when we were picking up our first house keys! Would easily recommend to others and will be back when we are decorating the rest of our house!

First time customer of Ez Living…
First time customer of Ez Living purchasing 2 new leather sofas. Waited 4 weeks from date of ordering until delivery date was confirmed which was what we were quoted. Having got rid of our previous 2 sofas we were excited about our delivery arriving but we were left disappointed when the delivery men were only able to assemble 1 of the 2 sofas as only one set of bolts not 2 sets were sent. This was on a Wednesday and by Friday of the same week Kirk, an Ez Living technician was on site to assemble the 2nd sofa which was a quick response to resolve the issue. Kirk was very polite, helpful and tidy as he completed his work.

EZ living interiors has a great showroom with plenty of options to choose from. Not only did we find the sofa we loved but the price was also competitive. The sales rep " Kaitlin Stephens " was very polite and knowledable throughout the process. We will definitely recommend EZ living interiors to friends and family

Absolutely gorgeous store and amazing staff. Had been looking for a garden set and saw the perfect one here didn't have time to wait for the 7 day delivery, so I managed to buy the display one. The team, paul Mccarthy and Phil were so helpful taking all the legs off the chairs so we could fit it the car. Would definitely shop here again.

Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service! Both staff members Philip and Rachael in the Ballymena store went above and beyond to help us!
I was concerned regarding the table and chairs not looking right within my living/dining room, and they even let me take one of the chairs from the shop floor home in order to help give me a better idea.
Honestly, I couldn’t thank them enough for their friendly, helpful and professional advice! I absolutely loved the way they interacted with my young daughter also. 1st class and stress free service from beginning to end! Thanks again guys!

My wife and I went shopping for new Pillows and a New Mattress
My wife and I went looking for a new mattress, two new pillows so we went down to our new shop EZ Living Interiors here in Ballymena. The store looked amazing with so much to choose from and the customer service staff member who dealt with us was name Kaitlin Stephens she was lovely and polite young lady and very helpful, she even offered us a coffee so we had a flat white which was so nice and very relaxing. The staff were overall so helpful and we will shop there again as we might even go back and look at the bed frames. My wife seen a mattress she liked asked me what I thought and I was happy with her choice. My wife suffers from FMS & Lupus SLE which means she needs to be careful what she lays due to her illnesses. She needs a firm bed just right for her not over the top type of bed, but something that can support her body and the mattress she chosen was just right for her needs.
For me I can sleep anywhere I have no issues with the new bed mattress my wife chooses. The Mattress we got was a Respa Gel Supreme 5' New 2025. My wife's Pillows was a Tempur Pillow Soft white, and mines was a Odearest Memory Fill Pillow.
We will be shopping at this Ballymena store again and maybe getting another nice flat white coffee that made our day shopping.

Great sales team
Visited the Ballymena store today for a look at corner sofas.
Store is very well laid out and we had plenty of options to choose from. Sales person… Kaitlin assisted us in choosing our new sofa.
She was very professional and helpful in getting us additional discounts and liaising with the floor manager for delivery discounts etc.
