Visited the store on Saturday 16th May a bright well laid out store very easy to manoeuvre around. Staff are very welcoming but not overwhelming where some stores constant sales. Jason whom I dealt with was excellent and very efficient. He at first asked if we wanted coffees no sales pitch simply did we want a coffee. When i asked about a particular sofa he was very helpful never at any stage felt pressured comfortable to ask and he answered all any questions I had. Sale was made seamlessly and follow up effortless. Many thanks

New furniture arrived damaged and still waiting for it to be resolved over a month later a repair being offered on a new item that I paid full price for
