Overall experience was excellent
Overall experience was excellent. Very helpful staff in store. Had a great variety of beds/mattress to choose from. Only thing that was disappointing was that I have to wait for the bed frame I chose until the 1st December.
Rich was a very helpful and friendly staff member who was professional throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend asking for him if you are purchasing from the Store at Holywood Exchange.

Very disappointed
Lovely staff and very helpful.
I purchased a king coil mattress. It was very comfortable and we were very happy with it at the time. I explained I had complex spinal issues and a wheelchair user. My husband has had spinal surgery also.Now just over two years later we are both finding it very uncomfortable and waking in pain every morning. To the extent We don’t know how much longer .we can tolerate it. We have been in contact with customer services and they have had the mattress inspected and don’t think there are any manufacturers issues. Not their problem if you are now uncomfortable the customer services response was.(I would like to clarify that back pain cannot be caused by a mattress . Perception of comfort is subjective and can vary based on the sleeper's weight, body type, and the type of base or foundation the mattress is placed on.
When a mattress has a 10 year warranty I didn’t expect to be having to consider another one. At these prices I hoped for a lot more
I ASKED if there would be a topper that could help us to be more comfortable .As There were no other option available to me.
While I have been offered the option of a mattress topper it is at my OWN COST Very disappointed . I feel I have no other option as I need a comfortable nights sleep. I appreciate the store helping me try the topper .

To provide context, we arranged for the mattress to be inspected and liaised with the supplier regarding your concerns.
While the inspection did not identify a manufacturing fault with the mattress, we understand that comfort is very personal. We have therefore worked to offer the Extended Life Support topper as a possible option, and arranged for you to be able to try the topper with your existing mattress in store before deciding whether it is suitable for you.
We hope this helps you find a more comfortable solution, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to assist.

Unfortunately I cannot give a good review on EZ living interiors as my products havent arrived yet , dining table and a sideboard. Dining table was ready for delivery a few weeks later after putting an order but the sideboard isn't ready for up to 3 month. I do not understand why they put a display of a furniture in store if it is not in stock or not available within a few weeks. I cant comment on delivery service either as i was told both items will be delivered together unless I pay for each product delivery service separate. I hope customer service improves. However staff in store were all friendly and quick to help with all product information needed.
