Use the one on Long Lane in Halesowen.. I went in to have my window wipers replaced and the service was quick and professional. The staff were VERY friendly and fitted the new wipers within minutes. They also checked everything was working properly before I left. Great price and excellent service — highly recommended!Thanks lads for a 5* plus service ..

Rang F1 Blackheath, West Midlands this morning as I found I had a puncture.
They said I could go straight up to them - they fixed the puncture quickly while I sat chatting in the waiting room with another customer. Great bunch of guys and great customer service. Thanks again lads!

The company tried to charge me £57 to change the brake light switch. The job takes about 30 seconds and the cost of the part was £13. They tried to say they were only making £1 profit. Apparently they have to charge for 30 minutes labour. That means they will be working on another job and being paid twice for their time.
I got it done much cheaper elsewhere

Went to the Blackheath West Midlands branch for two tyres. Easy to book. Good prices. Very prompt service on arrival. Tyres done quickly. Staff were friendly. Will definitely return when the other two need replacing!

Been to the halesowen branch 3 times over the last month and been looked after on every occasion dealing with 3 cars,quick response and jobs done efficiently with good staff

I was looking for tyres on Sunday and found some at F1 and thought I'd book it the next available day. To my amazement they have Sunday availability. Booked it all online, showed up and they cracked on. The two men were really nice and through. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Had s oil change today for mokka unfortunately don't know the guys name so professional and courteous 10 out of 10

Sunday morning I rock up and the guy is welcoming courteous helpful efficient and friendly

What more could you ask for?

If only I travelled with cash I would have crossed his palm - brilliant!

Tracking done in 20 minutes, great friendly service by the staff, booked me straight in without even booking an appointment. And cheap at £30
Technicians name was AC. He was very helpful and professional.

Monday 15th July i placed an order for 2 replacement tyres to be fitted on the following Saturday at 12pm. At 11.50am i get a call to tell me they don't have the tyres as they don't have deliveries from the company they had ordered from on Saturdays, don;t know why they couldn't have had them delivered earlier but hey ho. I informed them that i would be there the following Saturday at 12pm. I again received a call at 11.50am on that morning to say they hadn't got them. Needless to say i requested a refund and went elsewhere. Won't be trying them again either

Easy to order tyres and book fitting online. Professional service from the minute I got there. Didn’t have to wait too long while my tyres were being fitted. Will recommend to anyone.

Needed to get my brakes checked at very short notice ,Andy the test manager managed to fit me in at the end of the day although they were short staffed ,many thanks to him and the team,will continue to use this place for all my car service and repairs,THANKS!!!

Needed a new tyre for my Toyota Aygo as soon as possible , Tried a few garages didn’t have any in stock went in here and the lads was really helpful ordered me one in for a few hours later and fitted for me, Excellent service professional but had a giggle with me at my stupidity 🤣 Thank you will deffo come back and recommend you. (Sorry unsure of the lads name I’m sure it was Hayden ) but both was very helpful

It has been 3 months I am coming with the same issue with my car's brake squealing. They have changed all the parts, and still the same issue. Paid money for no reason.

I would not be coming here again. Sooooo disappointed. I wish I could go somewhere else and save my time.

Took the BMW in for an MOT. Passed no probs, excellent service as always, excellent MOT price. Received a call as soon as it was done. Have now been using them for about the past 6 years. Always honest and trustworthy.

Took car into Halesowen branch as brake pads needed to be changed. Work carried out quickly and efficiently and I was kept informed of the process. Staff reassured me that my brake shoes just needed to be adjusted and did this and replaced the pads and discs. Staff knowledgeable and able to do the work on Sunday. at the last minute, which was really useful due to work commitments.

Friendly, efficient and helpful. Would recommend and use again.

Purchased tyres had them fitted no problem then i was told wheel alignment machine was not working pointless buying new tyres if this cant be done after the tyres are fitted, manager told me try in a few weeks "WOW"
