Formula One Autocentres - Farnborough Reviews 

Received a phonecall from Formula One to offer me an earlier slot to fit my tyre if I would like it as they had cancellations.
When I got there, service was quick and professional, very happy with the service

I took my VW Transporter T5.1 van into Farnborough F1 Auto Centre today with a screw embedded in the middle of the tyre. I was greeted by the store manager and explained my issue. He took time to look at my tyre explaining everything he was looking for as he closely examined my tyre for further damage. He said I was able to get a repair done. A short wait later and a potential £200 tyre replacement had been transformed into a very low cost repair.
I received great service and will certainly be back for all my tyre work.

I waited to be seen and flat tyre sorted in a breeze. Shaun is very helpful and professional. He explained the options available. Thanks for squeezing me in on your already busy Sunday. Thank you.

Mark and Shaun at Formula One Auto are just brilliant at what they do. Shaun is very accommodating and the quoted labour for sensor replacement is a lot cheaper than other garages. Surprisingly, Shaun did the tpms sensor(self procured from Ford) replacement at absolutely FREE of cost and also provided free check-up on tyres. It just took 10 mins overall and very professional through out. Will be back for sure.

After having my van serviced in Andover. Which was a complete farce. Lost all the oil after a service due to a poorly fitted oil filter. They were unable to help sort it. withoutt me driving it back to them. Which would have ruined the engine. They pointed me towards the Farnborough branch. Here they sorted out all the problems caused in Andover and went above and beyond with customer service and professionalism.

Very reliable! quick! efficient! polite! we called up on a Sunday morning,and they had us sorted and ready to go for 2pm,definitely will use formula one auto centre all the time now,definitely recommend!

I hit a pot hole and we went here today hoping they could help and I'm so grateful to them, fantastic service, very helpful & polite. Got me a brand new tyre fitted & tracking done all within hour.

Went to several different garages first and they were unhelpful and this is the last garage left we tried and would highly recommend them, be using them again in the future.

Once again F1 Autocentre rescued me and the odd noise (not me the car) and yet another screw in tyre!
Nothing too much trouble and so appreciate them being able to assist on a Sunday!

Over and above as usual. Tyres, brakes and aux belts all done, couple of slight issues all resolved very quickly. Can’t fault Sean and Mark on their customer service, top notch 👍 I also like the convenience, much quicker than waiting for local garages.

Staff were fantastic when I had a sudden flat tyre and were able to fit my in that same afternoon and fix the puncture. They were really understanding and delivered a great service.

Got a puncture -went in to panic - went straight to F1 - Mark and team fitted the very stressed lady in and didn't rip her off!
Was so grateful and now will book service and MOT there next month.

The team called and said they could fit my tyres at an earlier time than booked in for. Matt fitted two new tyres and re aligned. Great service!

Popped in to Farnborough branch for 2 tyres and tracking check. As always got great friendly service from Sean and matt would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for my motoring needs.

Shaun the manager, is reliable, friendly and eager to make things as easy as possible to sort out. He was at Camberley F1 a while back which is more local to me, but I travel a bit further to Farnborough F1 because I know he will look after me as a repeat customer.

I went to my local F1 Autocentre in Farnborough and the supervisor Shawn was amazing for both customer engagement and updates during my MOT booking in.
The MOT tester Bob was super helpful and considerate to my concerns with regards to my car.
What a wonderful experience with a family run company.
I was an avid Halfords and National Tyres MOT advocate. Not now.

F1 Autocentres will be my new goto MOT centre for all my cars for the future.

Amazing customer service, was looked after from the moment I arrived until I left.

New tyres a good price. Insisted on checking wheel alignment despite saying 'no'! ...insisted that it needed adjustment. I decided to get a second opinion at local KwikFit and whilst it did need a slight adjustment the readings were completely different ...way different! (F1 left +0.09 right -5.6 degrees (obviously not centred the steering!) whilst Kwikfit left -0.11 right -0.11) ...won't use F1 again for wheel alignment
