Thanks Formula One for great service yesterday - you sourced the tyres I needed and fitted them same day in record time. Chris and the rest of the team were fantastic and also diagnosed and fixed an issue that was potentially dangerous on the car. The price of the tyres was better than anywhere else which was an added bonus - I never go anywhere else with my vehicles.

Outstanding service from Kev and the team at Malvern Formula One Autocentre. Whilst visiting family for the weekend my starter motor failed on my Nissan XTrail. Despite it being Saturday afternoon Kev was able to source a replacement and arrange fitting on Sunday, and sorted out a few other issues on the vehicle at the same time. Everything was clearly communicated, prices were fair and transparent, and the service was friendly and helpful. They turned a stressful breakdown into a success story by going above and beyond to help out. Will be my first port of call now for any car repairs in Malvern - well done guys, thanks for your brilliant service.

I got good advice about the inside wear on my front tyres. I needed a specific model of Pirrelli tyre which is not readily available and 2 tyres were ordered and delivered promptly at a very good price which beat competitors. These were fitted and the front and rear tracking was done in 47 mins. I also have 2 cars MOT'D here each year. This centre always gives very good friendly service and does a great job in my experience.

Excellent service. I noticed a lump in a tyre and popped in on the off chance as they were closing. Didn’t get any names but the chap we spoke to was really helpful and delayed finishing to ensure our tyre was ordered for the next day.
Went in next day and tyre was in and fitted really quickly and advised on wear of other tyres too.
Guys were friendly and helpful throughout.
Really impressed and they’ll be top of my list going forward.

They always do a great, honest and reliable job! Been using them for 3 years now and never had any problems....always come away pleased ....the staff are fantastic and treated me with the upmost respect and explained things perfectly! The main thing is being able to trust people as I've had not so good dealings with other garage!!

Kev and the team did a great job today. I booked in, they checked/repaired my car and I was out within the hour. Great service.

My exhaust came lose in Malvern. I drove to Malvern F1 and Kev couldn’t have been more helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. He was polite, friendly and it was. It straightforward (due to the rarity of the part required). He did all he could to support. Very impressed with customer service.

I booked in to have two front tyres replaced on 06/09/2025. These were replaced without issue on the day but I had ongoing issues following the fitting.

I noticed fairly quickly after the visit that the OS tyre kept losing air. The car was not being used much as I am still recovering from a broken ankle, so I tried to persevere with the issue. When it dropped down to 15psi two days in a row, I called the garage to ask them to take a look. This was taken in on 27/09/2025, where I was told the tyre had not been fitted properly, so this is why it was losing air. I was told the issue had been resolved, and I should be OK. I did ask if a faulty valve could be the problem, but was told it was fine.

Over the next week or so, the car was not used as I am working from home, so it was not until around 11/10/2025 that I noticed both tyres were now starting to go down. I promptly filled them with air again, and started to monitor the PSI. I was in the office on 15/10/2025 when I came out to one flat tyre, and one nearly flat. Luckily, I have an inflator in the boot, otherwise I would have had to call breakdown to recover me home. At this point I had lost all faith in Formula one, so I arranged to take it into a local tyre company the following day. To get home it took me over 30 mins as I had to keep stopping to check the air was OK. This is a journey which should take 12-15 mins.

When I went to the tyre company the next day I was told that I had one faulty valve, and the other tyre was dirty and fitted incorrectly, which is why I had issues. I ended up paying £27.50 to get the tyres sorted. Thankfully, I have had no further issues since they looked at them.

Whilst I appreciate things can go wrong, the fact the car had already been back in to supposedly have the issue fixed has left me very disappointed, and I will never take my car into a Formula one centre again. I should also never have had to pay additional money to get two tyres fixed which had done less than 200 miles. For a company which came highly recommended, I have not seen anything to support the positive recommendations.

Kevin at the front of house did an outstanding job. The customer service was beyond reproach. I felt like a valued customer. He was polite and friendly and kept me fully informed. Kevin went over and beyond the level of service I am used to or would expect, making me feel like my car was in good hands and cared for like i would like it to be. Thanks Kev!

Realised I had overlooked my MOT. Phoned in the am and an appointment was given to me for later the same day. Unfortunately, my car failed its test but the parts were ordered and fitted the next morning. No charge was made for the retest. All very easy to do and I had excellent service all round.

A big thank you to Kevin who went the extra mile to help me. He was amazingly kind and so aware of his customers' needs and didn't hesitate to do all he could to resolve my problem. Top class service. Thank you so much.

I had four new tyres fitted to my Skoda Yeti at the Malvern branch today I also had the tracking done which was carried out at the same time all done in about an hour. Excellent service and very friendly staff. I’ve never used this company before but I will definitely go back again.

KW (Malvern) provided an efficient and friendly service for me fitting two tyres. Very friendly guy who took the time to chat about the tyres, old and new. Thanks for a job well done.

I had a new turbo fitted at Formula 1 in April and was told it came with a warranty. By August, the turbo failed, letting oil into the engine. The car filled with smoke and revved uncontrollably on its own, leaving us stranded on a dual carriageway with two children in the back. Extremely dangerous and stressful.

We had the car checked by multiple independent garages, all of whom confirmed the issue was with the turbo and that oil had pooled in the engine. When we took it back to Formula 1, they flat-out refused to accept responsibility. They dismissed the warranty, blamed unrelated issues, and tried to push us to pay for further repairs.

We are now left with a car that cannot be driven after spending £1500 with them. Formula 1’s lack of accountability and customer care is shocking. They’ve left us out of pocket, without a working car, and unwilling to stand by their own workmanship.

Avoid this garage at all costs

I've been going to formula one since I started driving and they've always been helpful, today kev was able to get me out of a bit of a situation and was able to do it in such a timely manner and was so polite and even had a laugh with me and provided me with advice of how to get faint scratches off a car. Chris has also always been super helpful and provided his professional opinion with me and provided places I can go to if they are unable to solve the problem, Paul is another fabulous employee who has been able to help me and my car and they always try to go the extra mile to make sure that you not only stay safe on the roads but also have a good trip to see them ( hopefully not often)

Put my car in on 8-6-25 for full service, today Tuesday 10-6-25 was pouring out oil , had to miss a day off work , paid another garage £75 on top of £235.00 I’d already paid formula 1to put it right. AVOID MALVERN FORMULA 1, the one in Gloucester was Awesome. Manager who wasn’t present should be sacked.

Flat battery when setting off on holiday. These guys got a new battery delivered and fitted in no time.Good facilities while waiting. Thank you!

I'm so grateful to Chris at Formula One Malvern for taking the time to diagnose the problem on my car that 2 other mechanics at other garages hadn't been able to find. Super helpful on a Saturday afternoon too when all the other garages are closed. Thank you so much!
