My wife called me while I was at work because her low tyre pressure light had come on and she didn’t know what to do. Luckily Formula One Polegate are just round the corner from our home (I’ve bought tyres from them before) so I called and spoke to Glen and asked if they could check the tyres for her if she dropped it round? Of course, they said. So she took the car round and they checked all the tyres and reset them to the correct pressures for her. We were both so grateful for their help and assistance. Highly recommended, thank you

Their staff and service is just great! I booked an MOT online and paid for it. Unfortunately I was unable to make the date booked and although I was offered a new booking I was not sure when I would be able to make it. A full refund was paid back to my account by Julie(online rep) expressly! I would not hesitate to use Formula One Autocentres. Very efficient.

On the evening of 25th September my tyre blew out on the A22 approaching Polegate. I managed to get to F1 in Polegate and left the car overnight.
Ringing first thing this morning to apologise for just leaving the car.
They had to order me a tyre and they didn’t know if they could fit me in.
Well, it was all done and ready to collect the same day.

I put my car into the Polegate branch of Formula 1 for a battery condition check as well as a quick change of some wheel nuts that had become impossible for me to undo due to damage. Left the car with Glenn who said he would have a look for me. I returned a couple of hours later and the check was completed (battery OK luckily) and the wheel nuts had been removed and replaced. Glenn said there was no charge so I was very grateful. I always have my tyres fitted there and the mots for all three of my vehicles due to the excellent prices when booked online and good service. Why go anywhere else?

Had a mot booked in for my fiesta, was told it was gonna be over 1hr so I decided to take a seat in the showroom. 3 of the workers decided to start VAPING inside. Stinked up the entire place. Disgusting. F1 need to seriously review their staff and check the footage at polgate. P.s the big fella/mechanic also left muddy prints all over my carpets and a black mark on my steering wheel. Is it really to much to make sure your shoes aren't muddy and the gloves are decent, and use seat covers. Never using polgate F1 again.

Formula one managed to fit me in on a busy Saturday to repair a Burst tyre and It was done within the hour of dropping my car off! The whole process was efficient, informative and all round great. Thank you all very much for your friendly service and making a stressful day a lot less stressful than it could’ve been.

Glen sorted my squeaking brakes with no fuss or hassle , explained everything and with no rip-off prices. Great service from my local F1 again. Recommended as a sound local choice.

I recently started using F1 autocentre in polegate, East Sussex. I have to say that the manager George is amazingly helpful and he understands people’s situation. I am a taxi driver and I’ve been there a few time in situations. He is always willing to help asap and says you need to work we’ll fit you in.
What a pleasure George is, if I am of the road I don’t earn any money. Now I recommended all my fellow drivers to go to George. I think he deserves all the credit as he’s an asset to the company 100%.
Another worker to mention is Dan. Really good and friendly, always helpful. Thank you guys.

Easy to book the Service and MOT. George always pleasant to deal with. They kept me informed as to MOT result and what needed to be done. Didn’t feel pressured to have their recommendations done and told me the extra price. I trust their suggestions even, if it puts a ‘dent’ in my finances.

Had 2 new front tyres on 15/4/23
Wheel balancing and tracking done .
And today I suffered a flat tyre. When I changed the wheel I realised it was worn to the metal stands on the inside edge. After checking the other tyre I noticed this is also wearing excessively on the inside edge.
The invoice also noted the mileage of the vehicle totally inaccurately.
Phoned the branch concerned and spoke to the manager who said that due to the amount of potholes on the roads the tracking should be checked every 3 months. I told him it's not 3 months since they had done the tracking and the tyres were worn excessively. He offered to do the tracking but we would have to pay for new tyres. 11 weeks after they had done the tracking we have 2 illegal tyres. He only offered up the explanation of the state of the roads and potholes.

Honest, knowledgable, trustworthy team who have been there 15 years. It’s why I go back every year.

Brought to the Polegate Formula One outlet by the AA in the dead of night after a tyre burst. Left the car on the Centre's forecourt - totally stressed out. Stayed overnight in a local hotel. Went back to the Centre soon after they opened following morning. The guys couldn't have been more helpful. Had the tyre we needed, so we ordered two to balance. Job done within the hour. Absolutely brilliant.

Recent visit for puncture repair, staff very helpful especially Steve.

Screw in tyre repair very quick back on the road in 20 minutes.

Highly recommend excellent service as usual.
