I can honestly say that I had a very painful experience during this period, largely because of the difficult situation I was already facing in my personal life. At the time, I was dealing with serious financial challenges, and I decided to withdraw the funds I had on Fairdesk I could start a new business and rebuild my life. Unfortunately, Fairdesk did not allow me to do so. My account was locked, and I was completely disabled from logging in.
Not long after that, fairdesk closed their website, leaving my funds—amounting to 571,201 USD—trapped in the account. I cried out for help and sent multiple requests, but no one responded. For years, I lived with the pain and uncertainty of losing money that meant everything to me.
Earlier this year, I came across a video on YouTube stating that Fairdesk returned with a new business website, fairdesk.io, where old users could recover and withdraw their funds after completing certain verification steps. Although I was skeptical at first, I decided to try the process.
To my relief, everything turned out to be true. I completed the required steps and verifications successfully, and I was finally able to withdraw my money. After all these years, this outcome means more to me than words can express.
I am truly happy and grateful to Fairdesk restoring access to my funds. At this stage of my life, that money is extremely important and valuable to me, and I deeply appreciate the resolution of this long-standing issue.

I visited the new platform, logged into my account, and completed the account merge process to transition to the updated system. After that, I reactivated my account as required, and I was able to successfully withdraw my funds without any issues.
The entire experience was unexpected but very relieving. I am truly grateful to my friend for sharing the information with me, as it made a huge difference. I hope that other affected users can also take advantage of this opportunity to recover their funds and have a similar positive outcome.

The service operates through deceptive financial claims. Deposited capital is not recoverable, and the promised returns are fictitious. I was similarly impacted𝒶𝑒𝗀𝗂𝗌𝓇𝑒𝒸𝗈𝓊𝗿𝓈𝑒𝚘𝚛𝚐provided prompt communication, clear procedural structure, and ongoing updates, ensuring a reliable resolution.

They are good as long as you don’t need to deal with them directly.

Worst experience I've had as a beginner to crypto trading.

I like the UI and it's similar to trading view for analysis and its easy to buy and sell but that's where the good stops.

Customer Support chat were reachable at first.

However, things start to turn for the worst.
After making two withdrawals in a day of 20k and then 5k.
The 5k usd was rejected with a "do kyc" message even though I already did standard verification which had a cap of 200000 USD a day. Hello? I was not even close to the cap and the reviewer was adamant that I had to do premium verification. Then I had to do premium verification after second rejection. Then next morning my account was locked with error message "Login not supported in your location".

I contacted customer rep and they told me I am in a supported region. Turns out they pushed me out to Risk Control and locked me out of my account. Why?? I had everything set up, MFA, withdrawal safety code, authenticator, so I do not see what could trigger risk control. I reached out to customer support and they created a case for me.

It gets bad after this because I have been waiting for more than a month now with my funds and assets frozen in my account.
No response from the tech team or risk control!!! Who is even working on it???? Customer Support could only say that they were the middle men and they can only wait for feedback.

After two weeks the chat window on the website stopped functioning and I can only contact them via email.

If there's no resolution, the least I can expect from fairdesk is to return my assets.

At this point, if I do not hear back from them soon, I can only reach out to regulatory authorities to report fairdesk for withholding my assets.

I put in $250 to test out copy trading for the first time. I chose to copy the "#1 trader" at that time, named "SHADOW 47" and the trader lost it all in a matter of a couple weeks. I have 26 cents left. Even if this wasn't a scam and he was a just horrible trader, I would have more than 26 cents left. This IS 100% a SCAM, do not use this service.

Fairdesk is simply taking advantage of the people who don't know much about crypto but do know its a gamble and are willing to sign the legal Terms and Conditions. You're just signing up to lose 100% of your investment, it's all just smoke and mirrors to get you sign that doc, then your money is gone within a believable amount of time to seem like your trader just had some bad beats. DONT USE THIS SERVICE!

Account and assets have been frozen and ability to login has been blocked upon confronting Fairdesk Support of issues. As others have stated, the entire process is not transparent, and extremely sketchy in hindsight. I lost many thousands of dollars via "top traders" when I had access. I was never able to withdraw though and did not receive my deposit bonuses. You can set whatever trade limits you want, but every single promoted "top trader" will override your conditions by making (ex:) 20 trades of the same asset at the same time. You may have correctly set the platform conditions to not exceed $1,000 per trade, but now you have $20,000 at maximum leverage riding on a foreign "trader" with falsified trading history. I have screenshots of falsified trader history and confronted Fairdesk about it when they blocked me. I have seen liquidation prices change. I have seen trader's names change and their losing trades removed from their stats. I have experienced "top traders" leveraging opposite of what the market conditions are doing, many times.

***UPDATE*** following Trustpilot reply via Fairdesk: Not only do I still not have access to my account with frozen assets 3+ months later, but my email address to reach out to them is blocked by every single public Fairdesk email account. Not a single email has ever been replied to. I also used SHADOW 47 at the recommendation of Fairdesk's top trader list like the other reviewer and lost over $80,000USD in the same time frame.

If I were you I would stay away from this exchange. It feels shady and I have a bad feeling I will never be able to withdraw.

I can't login, tried many times. The support told me the problem is that I use email domain name that is not well known and that I should use gmail. Thanks god I don't have any money there.

Der Preis wird nicht in Echtzeit angezeigt und die PNL wird auch nicht in Echtzeit angezeigt. Ich war 1.35% im plus und habe die Position Geschlossen. Plötzlich war ich ca. 20% im Minus und dass kann ich nichtmal genau sagen, weil die geschlossene Position nicht mal gelistet wird und man es nicht nachvollziehen kann.

Der Support sucht erklärungen die keinen Sinn ergeben.

Fairdesk is a huge scam. Do not trust any of the success ratings they advertise. Once you invest your money with them, their very best copy traders suddenly become dysfunctional and shortly thereafter your funds are gone. When you complain they do not correspond back with you via email as promised. They are in the same category with exchanges like FTX and should be vigorously pursued by the SEC for fraud.

… Also because Fairdesk is located in Singapore, they aren’t motivated to follow US laws for crypto exchanges. So buyer beware. These are just theives located off shore.

On this platform I can copy different traders at the same time with the same capital

I want to alert people not to use Fairdesk. I’ve had withdrawals frozen for no reason. I am now locked out of my account. Support gives vague responses and says they will contact me as soon as it has been resolved, but nothing happens. There are multiple users with the same issue. They are holding peoples funds hostage! Stay away!

DO NOT USE - There is a major problem with stop losses not executing properly. I have been a trader for over 2 years and have never seen anything like it. Support team will just tell you it is slippage. I have spoken with dozens of other people this has happened to.

This is the worst crypto exchange you can ever use. Today I withdrew $50 in btc and received $19. What ab absolute joke. DO NOT USE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. furthermore on more than one occasion they liquidated my position before my liquidation price. AGAIN STAY AWAY

After I read that people had problems getting their money back i tried to delete my account (before transferring money there luckily), i wanted to delete my account. Seems like there was no option, so i contacted support where i was told: "we don't support that function sir"
no more responses thereafter!
