We used Fairtravel4u for our recent trip to Machu Pichu, Martijn put a fabulous 12- day trip together for us. We spent a few days in Lima and with Martijn’s suggestion we also spent several days in Arequipa, which is a beautiful city you do not want to miss- so walkable, great restaurants and friendly people, we were so glad he suggested this stop before heading to Cusco and Machu Pichu. At Machu Picchu Martijn was able to secure tickets for all 3 circuits for us. All our guides & drivers were outstanding, everyone was on time & they all seemed genuinely proud to share their knowledge of their cities with us. We had one hiccup with our hotel in Cusco and Lizbeth immediately took care of it and got everything back on track, everyone was always just a phone call away, we were very impressed with how smoothly this vacation went. We would definitely use Martijn and his team again, thank you for putting this unforgettable trip together for us!

And I wasn't wrong.

Martjin, the owner of the agency, has worked for years as a guide for tourist groups in the destinations he offers. You can rely on his recommendations without any worries. I had the freedom to adapt his program proposal to my wishes. For some requests for changes, he gave me explanations to understand why my idea was not the best solution. During the trip, I became convinced that he was right with his claims, with which he convinced me that my ideas were not really that good. Throughout the whole experience, everything was perfectly organized without me having to worry about anything but to relax and enjoy the trip. All contacts were forwarded to me on time, all transfers were realized as planned, all accommodations were excellent. While I was on the tour, he checked if everything was okay, and after I left the destination, he continued to take care of a personal situation that happened during the tour.
I already asked him if he could make me a program for one of the future trips. He gave me an honest answer that he is not familiar with those destinations. From this it can also be concluded that his profit is less important to him than a satisfied client.
If I ever returned to the same destination, I would use the services of Fairtravel4u and Martijn again.
