Ethics and professionalism questionable
I came to this dealership an test drove a used pick up truck, it just had a windshield put in it. When I took it out the freeway, there was an extremely loud loud screeching noise inside the cabin. I brought the truck back and told the salesman about it and that no one would buy the truck if they test drive it on a freeway. He said he would tell the tech and call me back once the problem had been corrected because I was interested in purchasing the truck. Received no call after the sixth day. I went back to the dealership they had lowered the price of the truck and when I got there, I was told the truck sold the day before. I feel really bad for whoever purchased this truck because I doubt they took it out on the freeway before they purchased it. Having said this, I thought it was extremely unprofessional that I wasn’t called. But that was probably by design. Sad stuff.
