Poor experience, serious concerns over transparency
Our company engaged Falsum and worked with the owner Sam in relation to customs duty and tax reclaim matters. Based on our direct experience, we would strongly advise other businesses to carry out careful due diligence before appointing this firm.
We repeatedly requested clear evidence of submissions relating to HMRC claims, together with claim references, supporting documentation, and meaningful progress updates. In our case, this information was not provided in a satisfactory or timely manner, which left us unable to independently verify the status and scope of work completed.
Communication was also disappointing. Responses were limited, delayed, or absent at key stages, creating unnecessary uncertainty around an important matter.
Where a business is handling reclaim claims on behalf of clients, we believe there should be transparency, reliable communication, and a clear audit trail of actions taken. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
Based on our experience, we would advise any prospective client to carry out thorough independent research on the owner of the company before engaging Falsum.
