Farm Toys Online Reviews

Bought a tractor online. It came quickly, well packaged and was good quality. Would recommend.

I wanted a specific Breyer model that they stocked, the packaging is superb..I have been sent other Breyer models [from other sellers] with inadequate packaging, and the presentation box has been damaged in post..this company used a good strong box. Thanks :)

We ordered a Siku tractor and trailer which was poorly designed; all metal but a plastic support for the loader on the front of the tractor, which was broken on delivery. Richard at farmtoysonline was most helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately, (a different model) which we are very satisfied with. More importantly, we were not out of pocket in any way.
Outstanding customer service and a very satisfied customer.

Excellent all round
Defiantly be buying again you have made my 2 year old a very happy boy!
Thankyou

I bought a pretty expensive remote control tractor for my son which broke after 6 months - obviously not FTO's fault but after I emailed them about it they simply sent me a new one with no questions or the old one sent in for checking. Cannot fault their returns policy and general customer care, well done Farm Toys Online.

I made a telephone enquiry about the product I wished to buy and couldn't have had better customer service and my order was promptly delivered. My grandson was so pleased with his present.

will definitely use them again

The item was delivered very quickly and arrived well packaged. I would definitely buy again from Farm Toys.

Bought Riding school and most of the wooden Toys to go with it for my horse mad Grandaughter who is three.

Fast delivery, well packaged. My nephew was over the moon with his birthday present! Thanks :)

Goods arrived prompt and in good condition

Great service and my grandson Alfie loved his present

What a brilliant site! I bought some toys for my Australian nephew who stayed with us for a few days and loved our ducks, geese and ponies and so I bought him some toy ones of his own to take home. I loved having an excuse to buy these for him especially as my children are now too old. This is a great site and I highly recommend it for anything farm related. Delivery was quick too. Just perfect.

Fast and efficient service, have reccommended to others.
