Product that I had ordered was damaged in transit. Return process very good, paying for the return and pickup from my house, while the customer care department refunded the cost of the items that I returned. Will order from them again.

Excellent service and product and very quick delivery

I ordered an item and paid for express delivery as time was tight. I was assured in writing that it would arrive by Royal Mail by the Friday. Nothing arrived but, on contacting the company, I was immediately given a refund as 'lost in the post'. So top marks for immediate action, not so good for guaranteed delivery as I had to rush out and buy something else!

I ordered a Barbour purse from here a few months back. The badge on the front has rubbed off most of the colour - despite being hardly used. Upon checking as this didn't seem right for a Barbour product (I have had many jackets) it is in fact fake.
Absolutely disgusting from what it supposed to be a reputable seller. Avoid!
