I ordered 7 dresses mostly size duplicates. I returned 5 and kept and paid for 2.

Due to no weight on everi returns, they are charging me for £125 worth of clothing I returned.
I have gone to klarna and Debenhams, but because no weight, no joy.

I will never order from you or Debenhams ever again.

Faith in the customer care system fully failed.

Absoluetly awful!!! Sent a dress back that I never worn! and have been sent back pictures of a dress covered in tan and accused of swapping the tags myself!?? Was blocked on IG when challenged!! absolute scammers! from reading reviews can see she does this a lot!!! scam!!

Not impressed with the return process, still waiting for a refund & the commutation with customer service is dreadful, won’t be ordering again 😡

I placed my first order and applied the 10% new customer discount code provided. Although the discount appeared correctly at checkout, I was charged the full amount. I had to contact customer service to have the difference refunded, which was eventually resolved, but it left me questioning whether this issue happens frequently.

When my order arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The dress had a visible mark on the neckline, and there was a significant length discrepancy between each side of the dress— the difference was very noticeable as there was a split at the front highlighting the different lengths each side.

Despite this initial experience, I decided to give the company another chance and placed a second order for two more dresses. Although both items were shown as available online, I was informed several days later that one was out of stock. I requested to cancel the entire order, but was told it was too late as the remaining dress had already been dispatched.

When the final dress arrived, I was once again disappointed. The fabric and overall construction were of very poor quality — far below what I would expect for the price.

Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The inconsistent product quality and poor communication have put me off purchasing again. I would not recommend this company, as there are many other retailers offering far better quality and service

This is my second purchase from Fashion Szn. What I love about their products is the qualified the fabric and fit for the price made. These dresses are perfect for throwing in a suitcase and doesn’t crease. Great value, speedy delivery

The dress was a perfect fit, I loved the style but I sent it back because the dresses fabric wasn’t the same colour or shade as the ones I saw advertised. It’s happened before and their customer service is brilliant and the first time they changed the dress super fast, but this time I’m going for the refund. I was very disappointed and a bit weary to buy something again.

My first time ordering from this company and I am very pleased with the dresses I ordered. I like that you can get info on sizing with your body shape, and then your advised what size to go for. This was a great help. The dresses are gorgeous lovely fit can't wait to wear them. A very positive experience 🙂

Fast delivery, sadly items were extremly poor quality , for the cost one item a completely different shade to the bright colour shown . And I returned my items a week ago via in post and still had no response to them.been received notlr any refund. Will not be using this company again.

Order a size 14 dress. A size 16 arrived
Was unable to generate a return on the dress on website as it kept saying invoice not found
Status of the dress was still showing being processed despite arriving

I’ve had 3 dresses for 3 weddings this summer and have loved them all. Had compliments about all 3 without fail.
And super helpful staff when it came to returning my other options!

Ordered via Debenhams. Parcel arrived fine unfortunately all items were too big so need to return. Link to start a return doesn't work. Sent an email no reply! Will never order again. It shouldn't be this difficult to make contact with a human being who can help !!!

I’ve never had an issue with fashion szn and the customer service is 10/10 I was despite for a dress that was out of stock in my size and I was that annoying customer that messaged to check on the off chance and it was sorted for me I’m not saying this is always possible but they help me get the dress I need and they where so helpful and polite. Shopping is always so quick and quality is always 10/10 sizing does come up small however just size up and you’ll be fine fashion szn everytime

Dress arrived 48 hours after I’d ordered it , impressed by the delivery time.
Lovely dress , flattering style

Stunning dress. Very comfortable, best fitting dress I’d tried on out of about 15 in the mad lead up to a family wedding. Had so many compliments. I also think it was such a reasonable price point!

Edit- 17 days after they have received my return and still no funds back, they emailed yesterday morning to say they would be with me shortly but STILL waiting

Sent a return back, I got the email to confirm they received it on the 26th August and I’m still waiting for my money back even though it states on their website up to 14 days, we’re now going into day 16.
I have emailed on day 13 to chase which they said they will chase up. I’ve email again today but no reply (they replied within the hour the first time)

Bought this in Blue. Gorgeous dress fits well and looks lovely on. Good delivery time

Team members are so friendly and willing to help out. I had an issue with two deliveries not being processed as returns but after a quick chat, this was quickly resolved! They reply quick and will help out wherever they can.
Amazing brand with quality, good fitting and lasting wear fit for all body shapes which make you feel amazing!

Sizing comes up small. Quality was poor. Ordered through boohoo and the returns are a pain.
