Terrible, do not buy from this company. Ordered a pair of trainers which states 3-5 day delivery. We are now nearly a month with no trainers, excuse after excuse as to why they have not been sent. Was told they was being picked up one day and that was nearly 2 weeks ago. Put a negative review on here to which a reply was given that they was unaware of my order as left no name but instantly messaged me on instagram asking me to remove this. I then explained I will remove the review once I have the products I paid for. They eventually located my item that was meant to of been sent out weeks prior and kindly sent out next day to me which i received in the end. Would still avoid ordering from this company as many other reviews have gone through the same by the looks of it.

Awful service. Ordered a track suit and a pair of shoes. Tracksuit arrived fine but waited over a month for the shoes and was told lie after lie. Everytime I made contact there seemed to be a different excuse as to why they were not dispatched. Would advise anyone else to raise a dispute with your bank and you should receive a refund as I did.

Everything came on time and in perfect condition. I'll definitely be ordering again.
