Totally unprofessional company - avoid
I am looking for Windows hosting and this company came up in my searches. After looking at their website, they seemed to offer a good deal and suitable for my needs. I had some specific questions and decided to call them. I called the number on the website and it rung for a very long time and I was about to give up when someone answered the phone. They just said hello and the line was terrible quality and they put the phone down on me. I decided to then contact them via chat and they suggested it was best to call me. I got a call from them and the guy didn't introduce himself and when I started to ask him my questions, the line again went very poor and he put the phone down. Totally unprofessional especially given that I could have been a new customer for them. I'm lucky I have found out at this stage of this poor service.
