Yet another company hiding behind COVID for an average service, my bike was off the road for 4 days awaiting their ‘express’ service. It doesn’t take 3 days to put a part in the post; pandemic or no pandemic. 5 stars to Royal Mail for transporting my part across the country 3 times quicker than this lot can get a part from a shelf into the post.

Phoned up to ask about a set of MKS chain tensioners I saw on the site with NJS stamps. Was assured on the phone they came as a pair and decided to go for them based on the NJS stamp and that they come as a pair. Arrived today, one chain tensioner with no NJS stamp as advertised, checked the website and it was an entirely different product to the one I ordered. I feel a bit cheated. The NJS stamp pictured tensioner on the website is my main issue, the woman on the phone may have made an honest mistake but that stamp is a big selling point for a lot of Japanese bike components and for the site to have pictured that particular chain tug they are clearly using the NJS stamp as a selling point.

EDIT: They were really prompt in replying to me and they immediately admitted that there was a mistake on the site. Sorted the issue in a chain of four emails, they seem to be updating the site as all mentioned listings are down and they are sending me the correct product in the post. Fair play, was annoyed at first but they turned it around.
