I was having trouble finding 28mm tan-wall tyres as they seem to be sold out at all of the main cycle parts and accessory suppliers as we move into spring. Luckily Fawkes Cycles had availability of the Schwalbe One TLE Addix Performance RaceGuard tyres in tan-wall size 28mm. Ordered on Saturday 9 April afternoon with expected free delivery on Thursday 14 April. The package was delivered on Wednesday 13 April and everything was in order and as expected. Well recommended.

You only really know how good the customer service of a company is if there's an issue. I received an item that was slightly damaged. Reported to Fawkes and received a very quick reply offering a resolution. I preferred to return damaged item and have it replaced which Fawkes sorted really quickly with absolutely no quibble. Return postage refunded straight away and replacement received next day. I cannot fault this service and price of item was super competitive. Thanks very much 👍

Tremendous after sales service, communication and simply getting what I order, correct, well packaged and protected. Their approach has been (in my direct experience), substantially superior to other 'mainstream' bicycle retailers such as Merlin and Chain Reaction Cycles/Wiggle.

Website order process seemingly went well. Then to see over 10 days delivery time after purchase was a bit disappointing. However, some hand holding and gentle hints via phone & email sped this up.
Would probably use them again.

Don't use if you are in need of parts quickly.

Ordered Sram GX AXS rear mech and chain, despite being shown as in stock and 1-2day dispatch no email confirmation or communication after over a week.

After 8 days contacted customer service who admitted they did not have in stock.

On the plus side, a refund was issued immediately after I found a super who was able to dispatch same day.

Ordered Wednesday evening, Saturday Lunch and it is here.
Excellent service all round and a bonus, It was a Hermes Delivery and it was the first delivery by them, this year that went as planned.
My best delivery this year from Hermes, things are looking-up!

I bought two saddles from another well known supplier and returned as they were damaged. Went to Guy Fawkes and it was less expensive to buy and the saddle came quickly and undamaged. Good enough for me. So I recommend you use Guy Fawkes.

I ordered a Shimano brake caliper that was shown as in stock on the morning of the 15th. It's a small item that would easily fit in a small jiffy bag so I expected it to go out the same day. 4 working days later nothing - no dispatch email and yesterday's email to customer service re my order remains unanswered 30+ hours later. I suspect they don't actually have the caliper in stock but I can't be sure because it's impossible to make contact with them. * UPDATE* The caliper arrived this morning 8 days after placing my order with Fawkes so I have revised my comments and rating in light of this. To be balanced their prices are good, I wasn't charged for delivery however their customer service never replied to my email and 8 days to deliver a small in stock item is somewhere between good & bad, hence my so so title.

We ordered a bike trailer from this company. I had excellent advice and support over the phone and a reassurance that the product would be dispatched promptly. It was actually delivered within 24 hours of that initial conversation. We are delighted with the product and it was a pleasure dealing with such a brilliant company.

Received re-stock email in a morning and paid within 30mins. Next day received another email saying they're out-of-stock due to demand. Their website even showed the item was in-stock at the night.
Good bit: Received refund immediately after the cancellation email.
Bad bit: Avoid this company if you don't want to waste your time.

Ordered a front mudguard for my new MTB as the first one I bought elsewhere was total rubbish. Easy ordering, prompt delivery, good communication and a much more superior product which was so simple to fit and cost less money.
