Fantastic service
Fantastic service, same day delivery offered, with a personalised video of arrangement and message so I could see what would be delivered,which was very full, and beautifully arranged. Delivery updates available with email and texts when it had arrived. Can't fault at all. Second order with company and it was the first place I would go to.

A measure of good customer service is…
A measure of good customer service is not only when things go right, but when things go wrong. Mimosa Flowers responded very quickly when I realised that my order had not been received by them. They retrieved the situation, and went all out to deliver the order working into the evening. The flowers were terrific, and we will order from Mimosa Flowers again.

Fantastic. Ordered online with no prior experience or knowledge of service. Quick delivery options. Constant updates. I was sent a video of message and flowers before delivery which was a nice touch. Recipient loved them. Definitely use again and highly recommend.

Fantastic service 100% reccomend this company. I booked very last minute and they were able to deliver on the same day. Not only that but they also sent me a video of the bouquet they put together which was just beautiful and so nice to see the bouquet before it got delivered to my friend along with a handwritten card.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. I was having difficulty getting a delivery on short noctice and they stepped up. The price was reasonable, the flowers beautiful, ordering easy, customer service friendly. Truly they couldn't have done anything better. Will order again.

Great experience, will use again
I ordered flowers for my mother in law, who was delighted with the arrangement she received. I was very impressed with the ease of ordering, and especially to get a short video showing the flowers and message card before they were delivered.

Great service from start to finish.
Ordered from Donegal to deliver to my aunt in Belfast. Great smooth service, I was also emailed a video of the bouquet. My aunt was delighted with the flowers. I would highly recommend Mimosa Flowers.

Ordered from ROI to deliver to my family in Northern Ireland as unable to visit due to lockdown- whole experience was AMAZING they even sent me a video of the bouquet before it was delivered!! Honestly couldn't ask for more!! Beautiful flowers too!

Failed to deliver
I was sent a lovely photograph by email to myself in Australia of the flowers I had ordered for my mother . Unfortunately they did not arrive and no explanation was given . Very disappointed as they were extra special this year as I could not fly home due to a travel ban with covid.

This order was taken out for delivery on the 24th and no answer at the door for the address . It has been far too cold to leave flower deliveries on the doorstep , neighbours doors are also chapped and a house straight across from number 5 by the driver but not answered but car in drive
A driver kindly went to work on Christmas day morning to attempt re delivery. We do not work Christmas day normally however when a recipient does not get there flowers we will always do our best to re deliver even on Christmas day.
Please accept our apologies that this has caused upset that we have tried to re deliver the following day.

First class flower arrangement that was absolutely beautiful and such a fabulous gift. Easy to order online for same day delivery. Great customer service as was kept informed of process from ordering to delivery of product. Loved that I received a video of flower bouquet before they left shop as they were a gift.
