Fantastic Experience. My husband and I spent 2 nights at Hotel Cathedral in Pamplona and the room was lovely and the staff all very helpful. We had fantastic balcony spots and my husband ran with the bulls on our second day. We also attended the dinner and fireworks and had the chance to meet many lovely people from around the world. I definitely recommend Festival Pros if you are planning a trip to Pamplona.

Absolutely the best experience. The trip was organized well. The food and firework display was awesome. The balcony provided for opening ceremonies and Running of the Bulls was worthy of a return visit to Spain. It was obvious that this company and it's owner and employees worked to provide an outstanding trip with great memories.

I'm sorry to give this review because the experience itself was awesome. However, we actually pre purchased a balcony place but when we arrived we couldn't find it and even though we were 2 hours early there was no phone number and no one wanted to know us. Spoilt our experience really. nevertheless we found a spot and that saved the day.

Absolutely fantastic. I watched the bulls the first day from the balcon (superb location) then got enough tips from my Festival Pros guide that I ran the next day

If you and your friends are thinking of going to Pamplona to do the Running of the Bulls, then do yourself a favor and call Festival Pros.

My friend and I were talking about going so I googled what it would take to go to Pamplona. I found Mark and his amazing team. We started planning our trip in January (YOU NEED TO BOOK EARLY AS THINGS FILL UP QUICKLY). Mark called me personally and worked with me until I ordered the packaged that I felt was best. As the time got closer to July, Mark had Go to Meeting Webinars that talked about what San Fermin Festival was all about. Mark spent great time explaining the DO's and DON'T and that came in handy. I do not want to be too wordy... all his webinars got us hyped for going. But when you are in the middle of all the craziness of San Fermin you will be glad you used Festival Pros!

If my review did not convince you then you the extra packages that Festival Pros has to offer is LEGIT!
We did the one where we were the matador, we were in the ring with a baby bull. I had just ran with the bull that morning so I took part in a little to much wine and sangria that they were offering at the ranch. Needless to say when I got in the ring with the baby bull, my kneecap felt the brunt of that bulls head!

AGAIN IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GOING: CALL MARK AND HIS TEAM AT FESTIVAL PROS.

excellent service-perfect balcony location

Tickets are not cheap, but the experience was worth it! As they noted, not all balconies come with food and ours did not. It would be nice to have a little coffee and pastries while waiting, especially since we have to get there quite early, but it's quite inexpensive to buy on the cafes down the street after the run anyways. The representative who helped us out was very knowledgeable and friendly, he really helped us enjoy the experience!

I felt we were treated like VIP accomdations fantastic location great

It was a great experience. The only downfall was we were told there were Tapas and we didn't get any of those

From the booking process to the end of our trip, Mark and his team took care of every detail and were always available and responsive to questions. The hotel, dining reservations, and balcony "watch spot" were perfect! We found his staff in Pamplona extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I can't imagine attending the festival any other way and would highly recommend Festival Pros!

We had a great experience with Running of the bulls inc. They got us a great balcony to view the opening ceremonies and the running of the bulls. The people that we met at the balconies (can't remember their names) were awesome and fun. I highly recommend them if you are planning a trip to Running of the bulls.

Festival Pros far exceeded my wife and I's expectations. From the moment our plane touched down in Pamplona until we were dropped off at the airport for departure Festival Pros took care of every arrangement they said they would. It truly was a effortless trip on our part. The memories we intended to make were realized. We will be talking about the trip for the rest of our lives. I know it wouldn't have been possible without Festival Pros expertise.

Mark and his group enabled Doug and I to travel without worry. The team assisted before and during our travels. We will be returning to see the Running of the Bulls again!
