I recently ordered the Personalised Luxury Easter Pack from Festive Studio and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality is absolutely outstanding — every item feels carefully chosen and beautifully made.

I would like to recommend this company for Santa letters excellent service. Emily and her team went above and beyond to help me get a Personalised Santa Letter for my granddaughters out to us in time for Christmas they are so carefully and beautifully done we are absolutely delighted with them and the certificates they are worth every penny, I will definitely use them again.
I looked at their website after a friend recommended it, I emailed them to ask if they could do a joint letter rather than one each as I wasn’t sure they could. Emily the Elf emailed back saying they could do a customised letter and it was the same price as in the website, I emailed back asking what was a customised letter. Unfortunately I panic thinking we were going to run out of time so ordered one each for the girls and paid. As luck would have Elf Emily emailed to tell me that a customised letter was a letter we wrote and the elves would type this letter on to their Santa letter headed paper. I told Emily I had just ordered two individually letters, I didn’t think there was anyway that the orders could be cancelled and a customised letter for the girls but two individual Nice list certificates, but Emily said that they could, I was absolutely over the the moon. Emily and her team went that extra mile to get our letter certificate done and sent out well before the last day of posting. But to my surprised not only did we get the joint letter and individual a Nice List Certificates but also two individual Official Visiting Notification, what a wonderful surprise they were. They were all done so carefully and looked beautiful, we are absolutely delighted with them all. As they sent Tracked Royal mail we were were sent an email with tracking details and received the next day in a lovely box a few days before Christmas I was so excited to see the girls faces when they opened them. .

Excellent quality with very reasonable prices, I’ve used Festive Studio for years for my kids’ letters from Santa. Would not go anywhere else x

Honestly I cannot thank you enough for this incredible package. I’m astounded at the quality and how much was in the package.
The attention to detail and creativity is amazing. I only added two extras on but what Harry got was so magical. It absolutely transformed his Christmas Eve, and the text from Santa at bedtime was the crowning glory!
The parents loved how much input they had into the personalised aspects and mentioning Harry’s best friend blew his mind!

Been ordering 9 years now. I can never fault this company. Everything is always beautifully presented. Such detail and care goes into everything. My kiddo absolutly loves getting his christmas eve box as he gets his nice list cert a letter from santa treats reindeer food snow and lots of other things. The boxs are fantastic quality. I really cant recommend festive studio enough. 100% the best company to help you create christmas magic

Honestly just a great overall service and seem like a nice company. The videos and letters were high quality the letters especially made my day can't wait till Christmas eve to give them to the kids such a keep sake too. The video will be so exciting for the kids and loved the Christmas post newsletter too. Lovely after service with email to check everything is ok. Woll definitely use again

The boxes are of top quality, when ordering it was stated that father christmas would not say the kids names as they were not in the database, however once I received the final video, and was watching it. I heard the 3 names said perfectly and I was so excited.
I cannot wait for the kids to read their letters and watch the video.

First of all the ordering of products was really easy and the instructions on making of the Santa video were easy to follow. I emailed festive studio a couple of times with questions and I got a reply within an hour which was amazing! The Christmas Eve box is beautiful and very good quality

Beautiful item for creating Christmas memories. The quality, thought and care put into the Christmas Eve boxes are amazing. They’re so beautiful and my little ones face at discovering her arrival notice was magical. I can’t wait for her to see her letter and box on Christmas Eve! I’ll be recycling the box each year with my own contents going forward to keep the core memory.

I ordered two letters for my daughters and they were both different which was amazing. They were very well written and we loved the personal touches included in the text.
