Fetheray Antique & Vintage Jewellery Reviews

Another beautiful item. I need to stop looking on the website il have no money left. Thank you for a gorgeous piece that’s beautifully packaged and amazing value.

Thanks for the great earrings, my wife loved them! The transaction was smooth, and it was easy to track where they were on their journey to the U.S. They were on-time for Valentine's Day :)

I love this shop! I've ordered three lockets and each was even more beautiful in person. They were well packaged and arrived quickly and safely. I'm a very satisfied customer and highly recommend this shop to anyone else that has a love for antique/vintage jewelry like I do!

Excellent communication, speedy delivery.

Fetheray went above and beyond for us! We’d been shopping for the perfect ring for months and found it at Fetheray, the ring is gorgeous and was delivered next day with instructions on upkeep and beautifully gift wrapped.
Thank you so much!!

I purchased an engagement ring from Fetheray online. I live in Japan so sadly didn't have the chance to visit them in person. I narrowed it down to three rings from the website.... its hard to imagine what a ring might look like on your finger just by looking at photos online. I contacted them by email to ask for more detailed measurements so i could try to better gauge the size and how they might sit on my finger. Pip and Helen replied instantly with extremely detailed sizing (photos with precision rulers) and... the best part... high quality videos of them wearing the rings so I could see them from all angles. This was beyond my expectations and really helped me to make a decision. The ring came beautifully wrapped and because i am in Japan Pip and Helen very kindly extended the returns period incase I wasn't 100% happy with the ring. It's gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be shopping at Fetheray again!

The company was easy to contact and very responsive. They gave a reassuring update about the progress of my package, although I was able to track it via the Royal Mail and USPS. The parcel arrived here in the western US long before all my Christmas cards that were posted at a similar time.
The locket was in a lovely gift box and exactly as advertised. Definitely recommend Fetheray.

Pip and Helen were very helpful and quick to respond to email queries. Once I had decided to purchase the necklace, they arranged to have the requested adjustment done immediately and sent it post-haste in an elegant box. I am absolutely delighted with the necklace, which is exactly as described and photographed on the website. Thank you Fetheray!

I bought a ring to use as a wedding ring - it came incredibly quickly in the mail, was even more beautiful in real life than it looked in the pictures, and fit me perfectly! Thank you Fetheray team for sending me the perfect wedding ring.

Wonderful earrings, beautifully packaged and sent securely.

I was slightly nervous purchasing a diamond necklace online without seeing it in person. I need not have worried as it promptly arrived and was even nicer than pictured on the website. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you Fetheray!

Excellent communication, product and delivery. I would highly recommend.

These are the most wonderful Scottish agate earrings and the shopping experience with Fetheray is next to none - Helen and Pip are fabulous to deal with, and it is apparent that nothing is too much trouble for them! Thank you so much.
