I took a brief look at several options concerning using your iPhone as a camera on your PC. The next minute I have a charge from Filmic for $14.99 through my Apple account which I did not approve. I would like filmic to refund my money however I’m not sure how to contact them.

A paid full lic user, but am now turned away with subscription. Even formerly shot clips cannot be retrieved. Totally furious and disappointed. Will certainly help spread the message. NEVER use and trust this bloody apps and company!!! BAD BAD BAD!

I have too found out the hard way the subscription business model that the Italian new owners have imposed on the loyal base of customers that made great Filmic Pro. Simply put, I have placed my money on another app that will completely replace the very good but outrageously expensive Filmic Pro. And will also recommend the same to my friends.

Filmic have abandoned their customers.
Paid for a lifetime license, didn't get it.
The legacy app they pretend is their V6 is NOT the same app and it does not work at anything like the same level.
They say they moved to subscription service to help you. NO THEY DID NOT!
They did it to rip you off for more money and everyone knows it.
Adobe did the same and other sell out companies that will now end up failing.
Why do you thing Black magic's 'Da Vinci Resolve' is now the No.1 and most successful leader in their field? Take a hint.

Franchement déçu. j'espère que ce commentaire vous fera fuir l'application. Et visiblement je ne suis pas le seul à me faire avoir. Même si vous payez, vos rushs deviennent irrécupérable.

So today I opened the Filmic Pro app that I paid to use back in 2017. But today something was different. Unfamiliar.

A pop-up greeted me saying, "Hey! We need more money!"

Like the 2022 user I am, I really didn't take notice and I shut it down, and I did my work on the app... and that's when it happened! I connected my phone to my computer but my work was nowhere to be found!?!

I when back into the app and tried to export the work in a worse format directly to my film roll and the pop-op showed its face with a grin, "You can use the app, but the work is mine unless you pay a subscription fee" the app said and laughed while rubbing it's greedy hands together.

Seeing as I didn't want to redo my work, I caved and paid for the weekly ransom, and before my eyes, my files were unlocked.

I'm in shock. A friend and companion through so many years had betrayed my trust.

Filmic Pro has changed from being a useful software, that I've praised to the sky. To feel like scamware. And it's time for us, to go our separate ways.

Save your money, and don't pay for Filmic Pro.

Complete disregard for the problem. For several months I can't reinstall the app on Xiaomi note 10 pro. Wasted money. Very disappointed with the purchase of this app. Would not recommend this app to anyone.
