Order seems to have been lost of…
Order seems to have been lost in transit twice over the last Month. Called filtered-watercoolers.co.uk multiple times and each time I was told it would be with me in 2 days.
Terrible customer support and unit has not yet been delivered. Almost a month waiting for a unit with little or no reply from filtered-watercoolers.co.uk
EDIT:
Machine finally arrived after good bit of back and forth with staff and they did make it all good. Would give them another chance as supplier next time.

Hello Christian, we always want a perfect world, and we both know that when we hand our business reputations over to a third party courier there is very little we can do until the point we are advised by them that the (items) or in your case your water cooler order is completely lost. I'm sure at one point it was. Good news to report in this case the courier managed to misplace the first unit and managed to then some how make a similar hash of the second delivery and managed to turn it around from here in the south Staffordshire area all the way to Dublin in a very slow record time of about 14 working days, I feel we could have sent on a world tour in that time..... so a big thanks to you for hanging in there with us and trusting we would finally deliver our promises.
The other good news I hear you have installed your brand new shiny Water coolers and are now probably enjoying great tasting chilled refreshing filtered water. If its any consolation we are still awaiting for the first coolers to be returned to us here in Sunny Staffordshire at some point in 2019 we are still hopeful.
Thanks for giving us the benefit of the doubt and please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll knock off a discount% that's worth your while to show our appreciation.

Failed to service water cooler and change the filter for two years.
When we tried to cancel the contract they edited the manufacturers specification sheet so that it said the filter life was 2 years and not 6 months.

In reply to your dissatisfactory review we had historically serviced your water machine in subsequent years with out error it appears when you moved to your new premises this may have caused an issue as previously addressed paperwork was being generated and sent to service team, I got involved at the point when your company owed £437.00 to FWC Ltd for rental and filters and we provided you will a full credit for £90 for 2 filters which were not exchanged by the due date and still left a balance of £306.30+VAT which your company still owes. As a gesture we can write this amount off , if you have an issue with this amount please get in touch. Due to your experience we may look at this amount favourably as we want all of our customers to have a great a journey but it appears towards the end of your agreement you had some issues. 3M Cartridge
I needed a replacement cartridge for our drinks dispenser and visited FWC's website. Whilst browsing a text box popped up offering help.
As I wasn't sure of model numbers I entered into dialogue and my questions were resolved very quickly. I received a quotation moments later then placed an order. It was about 3 pm. The filter arrived next morning before 10am and was on the machine and working 1/2 later.
Many thanks to Sue for her help and knowledge.

This company is a fraud
I purchased over the telephone a
water cooler £345
Installion charge £95
Free next day delivery as standard £0
Grand total £440.
I spoke to Mark (the director of this fraudalent company) and he took my card details over the phone for £440. No invoice or literature at sent or emailed as I bought in good faith. Not every scam artist would set up a fraudalent company with water coolers surely.
So I check my account a little later and notice £528 debited from Filtered Water Coolers. I phoned him straight away and was told we will stop the order from leaving the building and refund the money.
After waiting a week , still no correspondance and no refund. I then get a phone call from the 'secretary'. Your water cooler is still here, what do you want us to do with it? I simply explained its not my water cooler, its yours as I did not agree to pay £528 for it and the order was stopped the same day and awaiting refund.
Long story cut short, their response was 'being in the UK and the UK law says they have to add VAT, as a customer I should have known this. Also a 15% RESTOCKING charge will need to be applied. The cost of him arranging the delivery will need to be fully paid for. And now that it has passed 7 days, I am entitled to nothing as the distant selling regulation period has passed.
This petty thief does not know what going to hit him. Credit card company has been informed. Solicitors have been informed. And to be honest I may go and say hello in person to the twitt as well.
I like his reply defending his guilty concious. I would not recommend anyone to touch this company with a barge pole. Oh, and his greediness has lost out on my business which consists 6000 employees. This man tries preaching to me about HMRC and tax. What a joker. Get a life and start a legit business without trying to rob pennies. It loses you pounds in the end.

I recall when you rang a few days before you ordered the machine and we I have noted conversation our CRM, Your first contact was that wanted a water cooler for your bedroom, then it changed to your landing and then the utility room on the ground floor and finally agreed the best place to offer it was the dining room.
You asked lots of relevant questions about the type of water coolers and were very thorough about the delivery and install service which we offered you required and all the dimensions. You spent at least an hour or more taking photos of the location where you wanted the cooler and sent though several photos and it was agreed table top version of the Borg and Overstrom water cooler was the right item for you residence. We even Booked one of our engineers Brett to carry out the installation on the Friday as that was the only day that was suitable for you,
It was an option for you to purchase the item through our ecommerce website which you were referring to whilst we were on the phone but as you agreed you preferred to deal with a human being and buy over the phone. We only produce an invoice once the payment has cleared on your card and this was emailed to you within a short time frame for your reference. As far I as I was aware in no doubt of the pricing on the website which clearly marks up the VAT.
We have a very open pricing policy on our website and all our prices are clear for all to see you can even go through to the checkout to make sure its within your budget, I hope you can recall when we talked on the phone you must have been aware of the 20% VAT charge. I can add more detail to your review and addition you have missed an important part which s that we were 100% happy to deliver the machine but it was with your instructions that cancelled the order which we had ordered in from the manufactuer especially for you. We offered one of the Borg B4 cold and ambient identical units from our demonstrator which had been used once at an exhibition at 20% discount off the list web site price to ensure you could have the same water cooler for the price you were expecting which you also refused.
We are dissapointed that you feel you have been unfairly treated and on a personal note I'm sure if you have had the water cooler delivered and installed you would have been very satisfied customer indeed, This isn't and case unfortunately this interpretation of our pricing and misudertanding during the translation of information has caused you stress. The message is clear and also contacting your Lloyds bank and a solicitor is a good thing for all parties as we feel taking legal advice in your case is just self preservation.
We are not offended, by this but if you refer back the the email we sent you may find that it is very clear you didn't willingly want to pay VAT, and this we cannot endorse as we are a business with responsibilities and have to ensure that all relevant taxes are collected on behalf on HMRC.
We would welcome a purchase from you again but in your case we would recommend that you purchase through the site as you will also now have 30 days grace to return the item if unhappy and no penalty to pay for restocking on none perishable items.
