Hello , first time iv used Filter Plus and it was a disappointing experience.
I ordered & paid my parts online for two cars.
Later on the same day i was in the area and dropped into the office. I was told they had no record of my order when i supplied the order number. I advised i ordered everything online and was told thats a separate system and has nothing to do with us. I requested for my parts be picked as i had the order on my phone but the guy at the counter advised he could not help me as this was Cameron's Job and he's probably not in the office or we don't have your parts.
No response the next day so i rang the number on the email from the order . Cameron answered and i was told he was unwell and the parts will be ready for collection at 3:30pm . I headed to the office and got there by 4pm . Went to the side entrance and gave them my order number, same issue no record of my order. The guy then spent some time tried to locate it but failed . A lady them came out from the front office with a bunch of orders . They went through them and found mine . They then had to Pick my parts.... finally at 430 i got my parts
The overall experience was disappointing.
Maybe link your web orders with the office so they have visibility . Fire the guy at the front counter in the office , he was a prick! , didn't want to help , web orders wasn't his problem & doesn't want to adopt technology when it come to ordering

Had the correct filters at the right price and great service.

I chose your WCO201 filter because your website said it was interchangeable with (Ryco) R2736p but the package received says interchangeable with R2737p which what Ryco themselves say is the correct filter, but others say the R2736p is correct. I suspect they are both ok, but you need to update your website.
Not to mention that the filter supplied looks cheap - I thought it was meant to be comparable to the OEM

Ordered online , received an email and msg straight away that i could pick up filters the next day. Service at the warehouse was excellent
