the websight wont load up so cant even go on it anyong else having this problem ive tried on my ipad as well still the same

I disagree with the previous review. I am also a long-standing user of this company and also had qualms. However, I have found them to have a huge selection, great prices and fast delivery. It seems their deliveries come from Europe rather than the 'States and are every bit as quick as they used to be when they were a completely UK based site. I had a problem with a disc recently and their customer service sorted it out for me very quickly and painlessly; yes, they're now part of the Gamelink empire, but it looks like that is a good thing. I'm still a happy customer.

Used to be a great company, but now they have been swallowed up by Gamelink and no longer offer the extensive range of dvds they used to offer, a real shame as they used to be the only company I would trust with my money

Many companies' customer service is about fine words, free vouchers (which can be insulting) and little else, you suspect that nobody's going to really take your complaint on board. FADVD set the standard that others should follow. My concerns have been acted on politely, quickly and effectively. Their handling of the recent Royal Mail computer system difficulties was a model of first-class service: A+communications, staff working overtime to clear the backlog - all evidence of genuine concern for customers. At last, a company that treats existing customers as well as they do prospective ones, by making good on their promises.

Ive been a customer for several years now and have had nothing but excellent service from this company.
I wish other companies offered the kind service that these people do!
They will go out of their way if you want to order something thats not listed and they always reply very quickly and honestly to any messages you send them.
The choice is good and often they have DVDs way ahead of their competitors.
Orders arrive quickly. Only once has an order gone astray and it was due to order getting lost in the post. Within minutes of me sending an email to say my order had not arrived I had a message from the company to say a replacement was being sent and an apology (it wasnt even their fault!).
Over the years this company keeps providing the very best customer service. You can order with confidence and everything they do is done with the customer in mind.
I have nothing but praise for filthyadultdvd.com and wish other companies would take note!!
Just recently I spent ages looking for two DVDs I wanted and could only get them from the US at a very high price. I was worried about the high cost of postage and also the problems that customs could have posed so I contacted Filthyadultdvd and PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! As always, they went out of their way with a special request.

I have been shopping with Filthyadultdvd for over 5 years and have never had a problem, orders have always arrived in good time and whenever I have had a query they have always got back to me within an hour or less. Recently I had a rather large order from them go missing in the post. I was concerned because it was nearly £1000 worth, so when I told them about it they quickly agreed that it was probably lost in the post (thieving post office gits) and they sent the entire order out again immediately with no quibbling. The replacement order arrived within a few days, and to my surprise and delight they had also added to my order by way of apology. There are a few sites who have good customer service, but these guys really go the extra mile. If there is ever a problem they really do everything they can to not only make it up to you but also give you something extra. When they apologise you feel they really mean it. There are lots of companies who will take your money and treat you like you like dirt afterward, but I will only spend my money with companies who treat me like I matter, so they have a customer for life here.

Nowadays finding a company that provides a great customer service can often be hit and miss. This is especially important for online retailers where their very nature demands something over and above what bricks-and-mortar companies give. My own experiences with FA are top-notch:

1. Stock depth. Back catalogue and new releases are second to none.
2. Deliveries. Almost always arrive in the timescales defined by FA, in excellent condition and with discreet packaging.
3. Staff contact. Any queries and issues have been responded to very quickly and I always get a sense they're willing to work with, and bend over backwards, for me. Impressive.
4. Faults/issues/mistakes. I've had very few issues with FA, ranging from (assumed) lost deliveries, one mistaken item and damaged stock. Each time, FA's customer service dept. responded extremely quickly and replaced the items in question very speedily. With the mistaken item (Julia Ann DVD instead of a Lisa Ann one), I suggested a solution and they not only agreed but they gave me more than I was expecting by way of an apology! Even more impressed.
5. Most important, I love the fact that FA is run by people who seem to enjoy what they do, enjoy the product they sell and respect their customers and are totally committed to making their site number one of this type.

Summing up, FA are and will remain my one stop shop until further notice. Highly Recommended.

I have had nothing but good service from FADVD, they are usually spot on and send the items as quickly as possible. Their catalogue is massive and they usually try and find stuff you want. The prices are OK and are more competitive than most sites, and is cheaper than importing from the USA.

Give them a go, worth your time.

Only part of my order arrived, and when I emailed them they replied within about ten minutes and sent a replacement immediately. If only all adult stores (or regular stores for that matter) took customer service so seriously.
