Bought Mini Japanese import, the car is great but there were a few issues that were eventually sorted after a few visits but as we were local not a big problem.
We were told that there was full service history but once we'd paid and when collecting the car we were told this was apparently only available by approaching BMW direct who were not helpful, we managed to get some history through our local garage. After 4 weeks we hadn't received the V5 log book, I chased this with them twice but no response other than they would look into it! We eventually had to send in the green slip to get it so slightly disappointed as this is a very basic thing for a car dealership.

Avoid !! Duplicitous, rude and humiliating
Agreed a price with Nazir on a vehicle midday the day prior and explained as travelling down from Newcastle (140 miles) I could not come to pick up car till following day and gave estimated time of arrival. No deposit asked for by dealer or I would have given one. Arrived as agreed the next day at expected to be told that the car had been sold the previous afternoon. Dealer did not even have the courtesy to honour the sale agreed on or to phone me to let me know that car was no longer available (despite having my number) meaning that I spent over £140 on trains and taxis for nothing !! One of the staff in an attempt I assume to console me explained that this had happened previously. Tried to locate dealer who was suddenly unavailable- have phoned and emailed with receipts of expenses incurred on train fares and just fobbed off. Long story short - £140 out of pocket without even getting a car.
Felt degraded and felt I should relay my experiences to avoid others being similarly faced by exceptionally poor customer service and inept business communications

Traveled long distance to view a car advertised , informed them evening before I travelled , they sold it on my arrival, wasted my journey and cost. Bad customer service, do not trust them.

I want to review Fine Motors of Leicester. Would you buy a car that broke down on delivery. I paid my deposit of £500 and arranged delivery for the 21st of July I discovered 2 days later the car was broken down in Nottingham I live in Birmingham. The car was supposed to have been serviced and checked but I had my doubts so asked for my deposit back. I was told in no uncertain terms No and then the replies to my whatps were getting progressively strange. The AA website seems uninterested. I have no car and am down £500 but at least I have peace of mind, if you want peace of mind avoid this trader.

Do not trust fine motors at Leicester..if you look down at the glowing reviews they are all early may.. it’s them that are leaving these reviews themselves.. my son had such a terrible experience with fine motors ltd.. sold him a car with so much wrong with it.. of course they didn’t fix it! They just don’t return your calls or emails. please be careful!

I visited Fine Motors. The gentleman who assisted me couldn’t do enough to help. I took three cars out for a test drive and didn’t have any of them because they didn’t suit me.

Very good customer service. Was very happy woth my purchas. The team made the process very smooth and didnt seem too pushy to make a sale compared to some dealerships i hace visited. Overall would highly recommend this place.

Very good service was very stressed trying to find the perfect first car. Adam was very helpful from the very first point of contact showed me many options and talked me through everything making sure anll my questions were annswered. Overall very smooth process with very fairly priced cars. Very happy with my car decently will be back in the future.

Amazing experience cars driving great like new

Very poor experience if I could give minus stars, I would. The car developed serious faults almost immediately, which an independent inspection confirmed had definitely been present before sale.

The company was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting it wasn’t a safety issue - despite clear evidence to the contrary. Further faults were also identified, including engine warning lights and DPF-related issues.

Extremely concerning attitude towards both vehicle safety and customer care. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before buying from this company - and that’s saying it lightly.

I can say I will be staying with this dealership long-term! After being scammed several times after passing my test these guys looked after me like no one has! They made sure my car was delivered to me in the best condition and I’m happy and back on the road all thanks to them! Lovely staff and genuine vibes all around I’m extremely grateful! Thankyou fine motors!!

Purchased a car this summer only to have issues from day of delivery, I've been in contact with seller since then to be ignored and they no longer respond to my calls for assistance. I have sent legal letters requesting action and involved trading standards, after search the internet I found more horrible examples of bad selling similar to my experience. They have a person called Adam who runs the show but never deals with issues, the rest of the staff don't know what they are doing, one deals with calls but never answers the other is emails but never responds.

During my last call with them they blatantly ignored my request for a full refund even though they have been sent legal letters requesting action. I have proof of all of this, I have delved into this further a found plenty of poor customer experience reviews, based on other online reviews they could possible once known as Rays Cars and Affordable Used Cars Leicester as the names and comments of bad customer service matches the feedback for Fine Motors Ltd in Leicester.

Do not buy from this seller you will regret it.
Proof of miss selling can be proven.

Their positive reviews, though only a few on AA etc are likely created by their staff and friends as these do not show as customers reviews. Their FB page has nothing but bad feedback.
